I cannot express to you how helpful Dexter Brooks has been. I made a poor choice initially for insurance when I started my freelance business, and when I realized the mistake, Dexter helped me change my plan to keep my doctors covered. I was crying up a storm worried I would have to establish new care for every single doctor for me (with complex medical needs) and my son, but thankfully was able to change immediately. If you are confused about your plan, Dexter takes the time to explain. I will be using them as long as humanly possible to coordinate health insurance needs. Just give them a call it is so worth it! Health insurance is an absolute joke, but this firm is knowledgable, kind, and helpful.

Dexter makes it easy-peesy. I had an issue with my health care plan and he had me in a new one in 40 minutes. This guy knows his stuff. Shared his screen with me. Let me know of options. He made recommendations and he can rock the Christmas PJs. I would refere anyone to him and I will use him again if my needs change.

I called on Thanksgiving, expecting to get voicemail.
