I managed to snag a last-minute COVID Rapid Test appointment here. They were (understandably) busy with regular patients and COVID testing so I had to wait almost an hour past my scheduled time to be seen. However, most of the staff was friendly and took good care of me. At one point, after waiting more than 30 minutes for the results of my COVID test that were supposed to take 15-20 minutes, I poked my head out of my exam room to make sure they hadn’t forgotten about me. One staff member told me, somewhat shortly, that there were still three other people ahead of me so I would just have to wait. I get that things are crazy right now but I still didn’t appreciate the attitude when I was just looking for an update. However, shortly after that I received my results and the provider who met with me was excellent. So, not 5-star experience, but I would return here for other things.
THE has always been friendly and professional. Only complaint was they were running behind 40minutes but it was to be expected with covid going on. Thanks for a good Visit. Kristy

Horrible place. Had to pay 150 out of pocket for a covid test and now there are trying to continue to mirror charge me.

Skylar, not sure what you're referring to. We don't see that you've ever come to any of our locations - are you sure you have the right place? We make it clear what is due before you have a visit with us so that you're able to choose if we're the right place for your needs before we finish your registration.
The PA was fantastic! I went in when my COVID went to the next level, which ended up being pneumonia.
I wasn’t/didn’t go to the hospital, The PA explained all the options very well, and now I’m well I’m my we’ll to a full recovery.

I recommend this urgent care hands down!! From the front desk staff to Doctors who treat you, absolutely great! Very caring, take their time to listen. I have been their 3 times within 2 years, always diagnosed correctly. I have total confidence in everyone ! Thank you

I took my fiancée there(he has ptsd and doesn't drive) to have a covid test done. The young lady there named Ally made both of us feel at ease & comfortable (i wasnt even getting tested!). She took her tike to answer questions and explain the process. My fiancée is not an easy person when it comes to this kinda stuff but she was so patient and nice! He even commented after we were in the car it wasn't that bad.
Hidden fees, rude when I called about it.
Predatory business.

Hi Pedro. Not sure what you are referring to. We do not have “hidden” fees. Your insurance company dictates payments and fees. Perhaps you should call your insurance company to get more clarity about visit costs. Thank you
