Truck and travel trailer stranded on side of interstate
We were stranded on the side of the interstate in a truck we purchased 3 weeks ago. We called Hattiesburg Towing for help and their driver Mitch came and towed us to the nearest gas station where my husband and Mitch checked the truck out and added fuel...a faulty fuel gage read a half a tank but that wasn't the case. Thanks to Hattiesburg Towing we were back on the road . So glad we chose them when looking on Google. .

It is never a good day if you’re looking for a tow truck. However, Hattiesburg Towing changed my terrible day into a good one. I got a large forklift stuck in my front yard, most likely due to a sprinkler leak. I called Hattiesburg Towing on Saturday morning to come and assist me. Mason and his assistant were not only very punctual, but they were professional as they explained everything throughout the process.
Hattiesburg Towing was very efficient, professional, and courtesy the entire process. It did take some time to get the forklift removed, and Mason had to call for additional help, but Mason did not stop until the forklift was removed. Thank you, Mason and the staff at Hattiesburg Towing as your customer service is impeccable.

My grandmother locked her keys in her truck in hattisburg at keith superstore. I called and Mr mason sent out Mr chris to come help. Within 5 minutes Mr chris came helped my grandmother retrieve her keys. He was so helpful and had great communication the whole time. I highly recommend these guys!!!!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I had called Mason because my car was stuck in park and no matter what I did I couldn’t get it unstuck. Mason answer DURING HIS LUNCH BREAK and assured me that it was probably an easy fix and he’d be out here as soon as possible. He was here within 20 minutes and fixed my issue in 5 minutes. He even showed me how to keep this from happening until I can get the part to fix it. He said, “I don’t want you to be stranded.” This was such a refreshing experience! I live here for school so my entire family is 3-6 hours away and I was freaking out about my car! Mason was such a huge help and he was very professional and kind. I will recommend him from now on!
These guys went to My Olive to pick up a truck for me to bring back to hattiesburg at Very Good price! Not only was the price Great the service was even better. The driver helped us load the extra tires and parts up for me and my daughter , but he went over and beyond what he really didn't have to do for us. Will definitely use these guys again if ever needed!
This company was Amazing!!where do I start we had called 6 companies in the local area everyone else was either busy are just didn’t want to deal with the help, I spoke with Mason he was so awesome he stated they will not leave us stranded on the road ,remind you we’re like 2 hours from home, then we meet the best driver Chris he started off showing nothing but care and almost felt like family omg this towing company is the best to offer I would recommend to anyone!! ?
