Worst Hathway Experience Ever – Daily Harassment & Customer Data Misuse
I have been using Hathway since 2022, and this is the worst service I have ever experienced. From Oct 5th, 2025, they have been calling me every single day asking to recharge, even after I clearly said NO. When I asked to submit the router and close the connection, their staff immediately disconnects the call every time.
On Nov 27th, one telecaller behaved rudely and later misused my phone number by submitting it to multiple portals. I started receiving spam calls non-stop — a criminal misuse of customer data. I have complete proof of this.
Hathway is the most unprofessional, irresponsible, and irritating ISP I have dealt with. No proper communication, no respect for customers, only harassment.
Totally fed up. Never recommend Hathway to anyone.
