Just two of us went yesterday for their Christmas show, super awkward that they don’t mention you might be sitting across or next to random people. You are forced to sit at the same table as them. I probably wouldn’t have bought tickets if this was disclosed prior. The food is so so good and I love the all you can eat. Although they tell you to get there an hour early there was a huge mob at the doors and we weren’t seated till 4:20 pm. Even though you’d think logically you’d start eating at 4 pm since they want you to get there an hour early. There’s also no space at the table when you have two different groups of people eating. It was way too crowded to have two separate groups at a 4 top. I’d go again if I could ensure that I wasn’t sitting with random people or waiting outside for an embarrassing amount of time. The show was entertaining.
Show started with some challenges. Nothing to do with the show personnel at all. Getting the tickets through work led to some complications.
I made a call & unfortunately do not remember the young ladies name, which I apologize for as she deserves recognition.
Less than 5 minutes & she not only had all 3 seats together, but had us relocated so the clients I care for, were able to get to their seats without any issues.
Cousin Matt once we were seated, was beyond helpful and attentive. Something that I noticed & appreciated, as that's not always the case for the Developmentally Disabled adults I care for.
Hopefully someone there can track who handled my call and give the young lady the credit she so graciously earned.
I can not recommend this show & everyone associated with it enough.
The show was actually pretty good but the seating is AWFUL!!!!! If you are a party of two you will have to share a table with people you don't know and may not want to eat with. It's best to be a set of four coming to the show... that way at least you get to sit at a table with people you enjoy. I thought if you were a person of one then you would have to share a table but nope, we ended up sitting at a 6 seater table with four people we didnt know and that unfortunately didnt want to know us. They didnt even want to speak with us or make room for us. So I actually got a manager and requested another table because it was waaayyyy to tight. Price is pretty expensive at $74.99 a person. The food was basic and bland. They would ask if you wanted more and would give it to you.
Enjoyed the show but was a little disappointed since it is under new ownership. The last time I was there it was just better all around. Still a nice place if I didn't have the comparison to the last time. Went back again but still preferred the first one. A little purchase pushing for the other dolly owned shows also while we were there watching this show. .
The lady at tickets was very rude and did not try in any way to help us when we told her we did not have the voucher for tickets. The tickets were their with our name on them but since the company did not give us the vouchers we could not go in. We ask how to get our mo ey back and received a rude response back. We come here multiple times a year, but after tonight will never come back again.
We have been here at least 15 times before but will never come back again. We had purchased out tickets through Westgate who said to just bring your id. When we got there they said they had to have a voucher and said there is nothing they can do and would not help in anyway. Horrible customer service!!!!
We were told to arrive at 7pm for an 8pm show. We arrived and stood in the rain for 12 min as they do not have space in the gift shop to allow people in. One we got inside we had more standing time but at least out of the rain. The show was cute, food was good, chairs are hard. Accommodations are not as good as the other shows Dolly provides!!!!
