As a graphic designer, I often have to create signage for clients. For a project in central Bath, Heritage planning stipulated that all signage must be made from painted wood and so I need to source a high-quality wooden sign expert to assist. Having contacted Hartwood Timber, the customer service was superb and they were able to work to my exact specification, including colour matching the signage to the paint be used on the woodwork at the shop. My client was delighted with the results and I've been extremely happy to find such a great company to use for future jobs.

We ordered a couple of house signs for friends for Christmas at short notice ( our fault). The website was easy to use and when we rang Hartwood they agreed they could deliver on time which they duly did. One of the signs was damaged in transit, so after a panicky phone call to Hartwood, a solution was found, actioned and the sign was still back with us in time to go under the tree. Excellent service from this company and we will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Would highly recommend Robert. He was very patient and nothing was too much trouble. My son wanted a sign for BF adventure where he volunteers at and wanted it to be a surprise for them. There were lots of emails from us about what he would like, what would it look like etc etc. Every single email was answered in quick time.
