I had an appointment on Thursday June 26 to have the Company come out and turn on my irrigation system. Nick came and he was very helpful and very thorough with trying to get all of my system up and going and he found two broken heads and two buried heads if I remember correctly. So we made plans for him to come out the following Tuesday, July 1. So I text him that morning at 9:45 Ish and I didn’t hear back until 10 minutes of three that he wasn’t gonna make it over by my way, he would come the next day. I told him I was going to be out in the morning and asked what time was he thinking of being there so I can make sure I was there I never heard back. So I reached out again the following week on Monday July 7, I asked if I was going to be on the schedule for the week. He rep replied yes, I will be there this week Wednesday the latest. I told him I would be out, but I would be home at 12:30. Again, he was a no-show and I’m not going call him or text him to beg him to take my money to fix anything. I will find somebody else that would gladly take my money.
Nick was Great, he went above and beyond, to help me and my family, he installed my irrigation systems and hydro seed my yard and he’s very fair with his price, and yes I would recommend him to whoever ask about a irrigation system installation 👍

We just moved into our newly constructed home in Hudson. We recently engaged Nick/Harris Irrigation Services to install our irrigation system. As a norm for the most of the best service companies, Nick had provided a great products and services. The extraordinary is: supermajority of service companies will require you to pay substantial deposit (most likely 50%) before they have scheduled your service date, and pay in full after the completion of the service. Nick did not require you to pay any penny in advance, and completed the installation before he sent you the invoice. Furthermore, the invoice gave you 14 days to pay. It showed that Nick is greatly confident that his clients will be very satisfied with his service, and very happy to pay, which is certainly our case.

Nick and his team did an excellent job setting up our irrigation. When I first met him, he was working on our neighbor's yard and came over to introduce himself as I was fighting with a rented trencher in the effort to install a DIY sprinkler system myself. The conversation was positive and he quickly gave pointers for me to consider as I was laying everything out. After I shared our situation and the fact that we had lost money because we had to let our previous landscaper go, we began to discuss my needs and how he could achieve them at a budget that made sense for us. We settled on a number that worked and he and his crew completed the job in the next two days (a Friday and Saturday) keeping us on track for our already schedule Hydroseed appointment.
They have come back and checked multiple times to make sure everything is working and to dial everything in. Having installed it, his team can easily maintain it and make any necessary adjustments in the future.
We will have them here for any future maintenance and adjustments moving forward. I definitely recommend using these guys.
