I originally had a good review for the company, the service went downhill fast the beginning of the year. Let me run out of fuel after contacting them that I was low. Paid my bills weeks before due date, call for a week after starting to run low again, just to wait longer and be charged an emergency delivery fee when the temperature was double digits below. Raised the price on the next delivery. Told them I was switching companies and they needed to come get the tank, left it in my yard for a week before notifying me they put in an order to pick up. Very bad company to deal with, and many people I have spoken to are telling me their horror stories of why they stopped doing business with the company.

Great service. Would be nice to have a budget plan instead of being slapped with a 300 dollar bill per month kind of hard to come up with that kind of money when all other utilities are expensive. Wish they would work and help customers but instead call you asking for there money

We have been with Harbor Point for several years and when we started out with them, they were excellent however something has happen and they have gone downhill. We are on automatic delivery and January 2025 we ran out of propane and had to pay extra for a test. This winter same thing happened and again we had to pay for a test. We even let them know we were getting low and needed a fill before we ran out. Nope they didn't come until we were out. They also told us we were not the only ones. So something on there end needs to be fixed.

This company has consistently given me mixed messages about their service availability and confused me with inconsistent delivery. I am very disappointed. Just this week, after several requests for a delivery where my gauge was down under 10–and I turned my stove off to pilot and went without heat for several days, they finally delivered after my fourth phone call. Now my delivery ticket is incorrect and I’m hoping someone will contact me about it and correct it.

Since I've been with harbor point I've had excellent service over the past 5 years. and their drivers and staff are great and very professional. It's a pleasure to deal with them if you have any issues. Always polite and courteous.

Horrible, horrible service. Prepaid for propane to be delivered for over 1 week now and still did not receive the delivery. Called again today and was told it will be another 10 days. Mind you this is in winter and they could care less. The driver was too lazy to deliver the propane. He walked up my driveway and decided he didn't want to walk back up because it was icy, no it was not. I have it on my ring camera and photos. I'm finding a new provider ASAP. You would think after 16 years of paying them, they would care more. Then they wanted to charge me more money on top of it! Stay away from Harbor Point!
