강아지 아프면 절대가지마세요
여기 의사들 학생들이거나 실력이 없습니다
오히려 많이 악화되서 나왔습니다
악화된것도 그렇지만 의사의 태도나 자세가
고압적이고 별거아닌것처럼
다 치료할수잇을것처럼 말은 하는데
실력이 정말없습니다
병원 오기전보다 정말많이 안좋아졌는데
의사는 오히려 고함치고 담당의사는
대학원생이고 오히려 적반하장식으로
그냥 다른병원가라는 식이라서
아프거나하시면 절대 여기 가시면 안됩니다
강아지를 생각하시면 여긴 절대 가시면
안됩니다
돈써서 리뷰작업하는것 같은데

The most friendly staffs, doctors and professionals. You will feel calm after you have talked to them if your babies have health issues.
Pet Grooming and Spa is very good for cats. Very patient groomers and they love the pets and genuinely care for them.
Tried both for health check up and cat grooming. Both are definitely five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ! Have valet parking and pet taxi services!.

This hospital isn't worth to have even 1 star. If you are looking for a clinc which you want your pet to be cured, go somewhere else. It isn't hospital for healing. It's most likely a pet shop. Lack of knowledge vets are hidden by smile. Your pets could be seriously worse by their treatment. Friendly doesn't mean they are skillful. In addition, don't trust their Google review because they promote "Review" for free snack which other clincs don't do such. It will bring you the worst experience ever for your pets. If you care and love your pets and consider them as your family, go somewhere else. Telling you from the bottom of my heart, it isn't place for your family. In BKK, there are so many good hospital for pets and you could find vets with knowledge and experience. If you carefully check the patients, they are mostly like go there for simple treatment like simple injection, shampooing, hotel etc. Not for serious illness. It is full of joke how they put themselves in the market. If you care your lovely family and you don't want to get revenged please find somewhere else. In fact, my neighbor also doesn't recommend this clinic and he brought his dog to CAH when his dog got an accident. Your vets' too much self confidence and pride will have a fall! Watch out and go and learn from others how they care pets and love them.

This veterinary does not even deserve 1 star...
This establishment clearly has no respect for the animals it’s supposed to care for or for the trust pet owners place in them. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to avoid it at all costs. This clinic shouldn’t just be avoided; it shouldn’t even be allowed to operate.
I brought my cat to this veterinary clinic for a simple check-up, expecting basic professionalism and compassion. What we received was nothing short of horrifying. The vet's behavior was appalling, careless and dismissive, leaving me in shock about the competence of this place.
From the start, things felt off. They insisted I leave the room while they did a blood test and rest of the check up —a bizarre and unnecessary request. When they finally returned, they handed me nothing but vague information. The vet mentioned a potential lung issue and then waved it off as 'nothing to worry about.' This is not only irresponsible; it’s insulting. As a professional, they should have communicated clearly and taken any health concern seriously.
The real horror set in when I got home. My cat, who is normally calm and unshakeable even after multiple long-haul flights and vet visits he was so traumatized by this vet that he had urinated all over himself. It’s beyond belief that he was treated so roughly that he reached this level of terror. And on top they failed to inform me of this to only discovered it after the fact. They also bandaged his paw because he was bleeding so much from the blood test they preformed and they wrapped it so tight it was nearly impossible to remove—another dangerous, careless oversight that could have caused him serious pain.
The level of negligence here is disturbing, and the complete lack of transparency is even worse. It’s absolutely unacceptable that my cat endured this torment and nightmare, and the vet and staff here didn’t even have the decency to communicate any of it to me.

Changing my opinion about this place , I have been a good Royal and regular customer but recently the reception and manger have giving me the worst service. I don’t think I going to return to this place again
