I purchased two containers of "Complete Gut Repair" because it essentially promoted weight loss. Within just 15 days, I experienced a 5-pound weight gain and severe constipation. Additionally, the artificial sweetener leaves a strong, unpleasant aftertaste that is quite nauseating.
I contacted their customer service to express my concerns and to inquire about their advertised 100% money-back guarantee. Their response was:
"Although customers with specific health conditions use our products, we always recommend consulting a health care professional first to assess whether they are suitable or not."
They further explained that I must continue using the product, and if it still doesn’t work, they will only refund one jar. Clearly, their satisfaction guarantee is misleading and does not reflect what they promise in their marketing.
Do not fall for it, it is a scam. They also not allow for reviews to be made by customers on their own site.

Disgusting customer service.
I made an order on the 12 of January and today is the 31st of January. It hasn't shipped and they have the worst communication skills ever. Takes them forever to respond and after requesting a refund several times, they have completely stopped responding. Even after I was asked by their staff to let them know if I'd like a refund.

Great product but they are misinforming their customers about their shipping policy. According to their policy on their website to the ******** should ship the procuts in 2-5 days. I am still waiting and called ***** today. They informed me that Happy Mammoth has the cheapest option with them which means it takes 5-10 days for the products to be shipped. I tried to contact customer service (not easy!) and they offered me a coupon that I cannot use since I have an subscription. So again amazing product (complete belly reset product) but we pay enough for the product to expect a faster shipping term and better and available customer service. You can do better **********************!!!
