I have been a long, LONG time client of Happy Dog. I have been taking my pups for daycare, boarding, and baths since about 2014. I attract high maintenance dogs from blind rescues to a hyperactive pitty. They love them like I do! I will never choose another provider. They work so hard to provide five star service no matter what you’re looking for. All the employees are so kind and I love that they know us by sight. I may only be known as “Nala’s Mom,” but it’s a title I wear with pride. Happy Dog is the best!!!
We’ve been taking our two dogs here for a couple of years now but sadly it seems like things aren’t how they used to be. At the beginning of 2024 my dog Kuma had a grooming appointment but for some reason they didn’t have him down at all. So we waited a couple months to get him in. Finally got an appointment and I scheduled another one for him two months later, December at this point. Well they again didn’t have him down for his scheduled appointment. My dog Kuma was actually put under someone else’s information and didn’t have any of his records even though he had just been there. So we make a new one for January 24,2025. It’s January 20 and I get a call from Kim that they weren’t going to be able to get him in because they are a groomer down. And when I called back they didn’t have him on the schedule AGAIN. But could possibly get him in for a groom in March. I had to tell them we’ll be looking for a new place. Hope you guys can get it together, my dogs always enjoyed the daycare.
