We get very busy during the summer months and it is sometimes difficult to get everyone served in a timely manner. Hello Philip, We are obviously concerned to hear about your disappointing visit. We currently have many new employees which were recently hired for the summer season and you were unfortunately misinformed. Sundae's automatically come with Vanilla Ice Cream, but can also be made with any other flavor of your choice. Regarding Hurricanes, they can only be made with our Vanilla, other flavors are too hard for the machine to process. We make Soft Vanilla everyday specifically to be used for hurricanes. If you want chocolate, our staff can add chocolate syrup while mixing the add ins. We continuously receive positive feedback regarding the quality of our product and are surprised to hear that you were unhappy with the quality of our Vanilla Ice Cream.
