Have known James for a very long time and has not ever thought twice about not dealing with him. We've gone through several mortgages together and it's always been so smooth. First used their service in 2011, and again recently. We always received helpful and professional advice, and they act really fast. You can feel they are putting themselves in your shoes when it comes to advice. They also took the extra steps when needed. Getting a mortgage can be pretty overwhelming. James made this process so much easier. This process can be lengthy too. But not when you work with James. Everyone keeps asking me how come I have managed to get the purchase of my flat completed so quickly. I answer because I worked with James. Not only was it a quick and smooth process, but James was always professional and informative. He explained my options very clearly and, I believe, he selected the best mortgage for me, the most suitable for my circumstances. James was resourceful and engaged, responsive throughout the whole process. I felt supported and also, which i didn't have with the other mortgage advisors, personable too. James isn't only an incredibly experienced mortgage advisor, he is also a wonderful person who wants to help.
