Contacted them (Hall's) to ask them to give me a quote replacing my original (older) heat pump/AC handlers, I have two systems, one upstairs and one for downstairs, They came by and looked at my older system, duct work, etc. then sit down with me and discuss some options for replacement, as one option was basically what I already have and another option better upgrade from what I have, once everything was explained, the next day I received email quote with both options broken down in detail for me to study and look over. Once I make my decision, I contacted them by email to finalize the deal. They were here the following week and had new system installed completed and up and running in two days. They were very professional and stood by what I was told, there was not delays or excuses. Cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future issues or changes that I may have. Great bunch of guys from the beginning to the end.

Hall Propane did an outstanding job installing a mini split system in our garage. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. The installation was seamless and completed much faster than we expected. They kept everything very clean during the process and made sure the area was spotless before leaving. It was clear the crew worked well together and took pride in their work. We got several estimates before choosing a company, and we’re very glad we went with Hall Propane. We have a couple more projects planned using mini splits and will definitely be using them again.

Overcharging and illegal bank withdrawals should be negative 5 stars for this company. Severely over charged my account and then took money from my debit card without authorization. This was after I paid my balance in full!

I really can’t say enough about Hall! We started with another local gas company (their tank was in place when we bought our home, and we just stuck with it). Due to service issues and numerous complaints, we decided to seek out a new provider. I called a few local companies around Boones Mill and was told it would be several weeks if not months before anyone could set a new tank for us. I couldn’t understand how no one wanted a new customer. Finally my husband was referred to Hall! Hall came out on a Monday and we had a new tank, full of gas, literally 24 hours later on Tuesday. They even reached out to the other company to cancel my service for me so I didn’t have to worry about it. The service, the speed, the price, and downright friendliness of everyone I spoke with absolutely deserves 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Five stars for Hall Propane. We just had recent icy weather that made delivery treacherous for the drivers. I was surprised when they came down our icy driveway with a well equipped delivery vehicle that incorporated a rotary tire chain system. Kudos to Hall for investing in equipment that will get the job done even in adverse conditions. Kudos to Travis and Justin for the friendly service!

We needed propane before the ice storm. There were two people in line and the man told me he was closing. It was 4:30pm and it says they close at 5pm. I will not return on a regular basis if they can not help us in our time of need. Very disappointed.
