My name is Sanjay, I received a full hair transplant at ASMED with Dr Dr. Koray Erdogan one of the best clinics in Turkey. Very professional and had a great experience. Suzanna was my coordinator and she gave me full attention and took good care, she also had complete knowledge of the procedure and took care of all the minute details. Overall, they were Exceptional!!! And would recommend everyone to go to ASMED for hair transplant !!

12.07.2024 tarihinde operasyonum gerçekleştirildi ve yaşadığım deneyim hakkında çok uzatmadan birkaç şey söylemek istiyorum. Operasyon öncesi akşamından ilk yıkamaya kadar 2 gün klinikte kaldım ve klinikten ayrılırken evimden ayrılıyormuş gibi hissettim. Girişte karşılayan güvenliğinden, hasta operatörüne; hemşirelerinden, temizlik görevlilerine kadar herkes o kadar samimi ve ailenizden biri gibi ki; gerçekten ben doğru yerdeyim hissini iliklerinize kadar hissediyorsunuz. Ülkemizin ekonomik gücünün zayıf olması; kliniğin pahalı olduğu algısına neden olsa da, bu alınan hizmetin çok daha fazlasını hakettiğini rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim. Bir tık öteye giderek şunu iddia ediyorum ki; Koray Hocam para ile ilişiğini çoktan kesmiş ve tamamiyle hasta memnuniyetine odaklanmış. İyi ki Koray hocamı ve iyi ki Asmedi tercih ettim diyorum. Kısa not: Tüm ekibe ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederken; Cumartesi nöbete kalan hasta operatörüme ayrı bir parantez açmak isterim (ismini unuttum, uzun boylu olan), Memnuniyet anketini cuma günü doldurduğum için ona ankette değinemedim ama buradan söylemiş olayım, enerjisi çok iyi, Allah neşesini bozmasın. :)

Hatte die op vor ein paar jahren. "Star-arzt" Dr. Koray hatte mit der op nichts zu tun, ich hatte bloss ein gespräch mit ihm zu beginn. Die op wird von normalen pflegern durchgeführt, weshalb der hohe preis im gegensatz zu anderen kliniken nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Mit dem resultat bin ich nur zum teil zufrieden. Die dichte in den ghe ist sehr dürftig. Nach der op wurde von der klinik auch nicht mehrvgross nachgefragt.

Tüm sorularıma sabırla ve en detaylı şekilde cevap veren, sürecin her aşamasında beni bilgilendiren ve güvenimi pekiştiren Demet Hanım'ın bilgi ve tecrübesi sayesinde kendimi her zaman emin ellerde hissettim. Ayrıca, operasyon öncesi ve sonrası yardımlarını hiç eksik etmeyen, bütün kahrımızı çeken ÖzgürHanım'a, operasyon süresince ve sonrasında hep yanımızda olan anestezi doktoru Volkan Hoca'ya, dermatoloji konusunda çok güzel bilgiler verip yönlendiren Saida Hoca'ya da ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Aslında operasyonun ilk aşamasından son aşamasına kadar herşey kusursuzdu. Bütün ASMED ailesine teşekkür ederim.

Mükemmel bir operasyon geçirdim ağrı,sızı yok şuan 9. Günüm ektirdiğimi anlamak zor. Bütün ekibe teşekkür ediyorum özellikle alina hanım ve aysel hanım bana çok yardımcı oldu onlara ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum bu olumlu asmed deneyiminde payları çok büyük.

I felt comfortable during my stay at the clinic and my experience with Asmed was successful. I was well looked after by the staff; everybody was polite, friendly, supportive and positive. Gerçekten beklentilerin çok ötesinde, ülke standartlarının çok üzerinde bir klinik. Bunu kapıdan girdiğiniz an anlıyorsunuz. Gerek sizin ne istediğinizi anlayan ve buna göre yapılan planlamaya göre geçen acısız ve ağrısız operasyon süreci, gerekse Dr. Koray hocadan diğer tüm personele kadar çok güler yüzlü ve samimi ortam herşey çok güzeldi. Ottima esperienza, sono stato seguito dal coordinatore Cihan, che mi ha seguito bene per tutta la mia permanenza presso la clinica e anche dopo al rientro a casa. Sempre disponibili per consigli e consulti. Sono passati due mesi e attualmente i miei capelli sono ricresciuti tutti, mentre quelli trapiantati non ancora, perciò la mia condizione attuale è uguale a prima dell’intervento. Spero che ricresceranno presto e tanti anche i capelli trapiantati, come da programma 😁 vi farò sapere

I had a treatment by them approximately 18 months ago. Enough time to evaluate them. Cons - 1. Below average results after waiting for 18 months+// and doing 4400 + grafts . 2. They blame my bad results for not taking Finasteride and Minoxidil to support the surgery. 3 Their client coordinator, Suzana is quite a bully. Guys, if you get her as a coordinator, reject her, ask for someone else. 4 Cost of 13000 usd for 4400 grafts paid to them is not worth it. Its better to get it done in Eu or US, if you have so much money. 5. Doctor Koray only does incisions. He does not do actual transplant, even lf you pay full package for his services. He does not do the extraction. He disappears for 90% of procederé to attend other clients. 6. They have an agreement with Raddison hotel located close to them; that hotel spies on all your movements pre/ post surgery - and reports to Suzana. 7. They sell some post surgery shampoo and steroids for Dermatitis etc. The shampoo which may cost 1 euro in local Istanbul market ls sold for 20 euro in their clinic. I discovered this via my local Turkish friends. Pros - 1. clean clinic. 2. nothing went wrong with me in medical terms. 3. Donor management was good. 4. Clinic is very posh. 5. Lots of modern machines 6. Some of the junior staff was very kind and helpful. Conclusion - overall, i do not recommend. Either go to cheaper clinics in Turkey. Or if you have money to splurge choose a top US or EU clinic. Thats my plan for next surgery. All the best. Update 11 April”24 I noted that clinic responded, that i was not in touch with them via email. Its not true.I was continuously in touch with clinic for 15 months after surgery via whatsapp , twice a month for each month via a staff member called Elif. After 3.5 yrs since surgery/ poor outcome - i strongly recommend not to waste money with this clinic

From the beginning till the end, best consultant (Dila Duymaz), best doc (Koray Erdoğan) and best staff. With no hesitation, not only Turkiye's but also the world's best; ASMED.

Salut! Am fost foarte mulțumit de serviciile pe care le-a oferit clinica Asmed, ce au fost de cea mai înaltă calitate. Pe această cale vreau să le mulțumesc persoanelor din staff-ul medical, care mi-au oferit sprijin și indicații, atât înainte, cât și după operație. (Dna Dilek, Naciye, Sabina, Șeyma G, Burcu, Sena, cât și doamnei Andreea care m-a ghidat la tot pasul😇🙏🏻). Rezultatele sunt pe măsura așteptărilor. Și ca să închei...cea mai bună investiție este în persoana ta.

Wonderful experience. The Staff is excellent and the care for the patient is outstanding.

Did extensive research and consultations across Turkey before concluding on Asmed and Dr Koray. My decision was based on an initial visit I did to the Asmed facility which is very high end, technologically and aesthetically + how customer-centric and customized the approach and the team were + the improved recovery time vs other procedures. Dr Koray has his own technique and specific machines (that he designed himself) that map every follicle of your head before (and after) to ensure accuracy of the procedure. It’s clear he has some of the most highly trained and disciplined team members in the business as he had specialized teams for every part of my 2 day visit (specific teams for pre-op, specific team for extraction from the donor area and specific team for implantation). Dr Koray spends time with you throughout the process and is involved in the incisions and hairline design (which is the most important). There are other procedure options available where he can do the entire procedure if you wanted. At the end of the procedure, you are provided metrics which demonstrated just how detailed and transparent they are (exact number of hairs removed, where they were placed, etc). Asmed felt so comfortable (with their own rooms, etc) that it was like staying at a very high end hospital. I didn’t feel like I was ‘just another patient’. Additionally, you have a patient coordinator who is with you every step of the way and is your main contact. This added to the comfort of the visit. Sev was a rockstar for me and even Suzanne and the others assist as well. I’ve had other friends do hair transplants elsewhere in Turkey. I’m one week post my procedure, my hair looks great, already recovering and I’m walking around without the feeling of shame since my scabs are already falling out and new hairs beginning to come in. This would not be the case with the other standard procedures you get elsewhere. Many come to this clinic to get their hair fixed from other failed procedures. My advice- you should only need to do it once in life- do it RIGHT.

From the moment I sent my initial message on WhatsApp to Mme Sevinc the patient coordinator of ASMED clinic my experience with was enveloped in the utmost professionalism and attentive care. Received by the night shift smiling agent i felt completely comfortable and doing the blood test and ECG in the next few minutes sent me a message of a highly efficient clinic. Meeting the next day my coordinator Sevinc and the detailed explanation of all the steps made me more comfortable and much less anxious. then meeting the Professor Dr Erdogan and his team then preparing within 2 hours with a high technical methods for the surgery in one of the best healthcare facilities i have ever seen. the surgery team is acting very smoothly with a lot of empathy professionalism and confidence. They are like angels. They ask very regularly if I feel any pain. The clinic is very clean, the hygienic measures are very respected. Special thanks for the technicians: hair washing, cutting, photography teamd, kitchen and room service . At the end I have to mention that I am impressed by the highly efficient system installed by Dr Koray Erdogan and the selection of the members of his team and the spirit you can feel in the clinic shows a good hearted leader. Thanks again to my coordinator Senvic. Looking forward to seeing the results of my surgery. I will keep posting updates.
