Terrible results after 1 year, avoid clinic. Main fink for this company just money not result. 4k £ just wasted. Terrible customer service. 6.1k graft extracted…… disappoint.. try to find better clinic..AVOID………………………disappointed…………… worst customer care after surgery……… bad experience……………. I had adipose-derived stem cell and hair transplant (3600 grafts) at Vera Clinic. The surgical team was great and professional. However, I had some communication problems with my medical consultant in terms of the package choice and scheduling of the transplant. Nevertheless, it was resolved in the end with the help of Vera Clinic manager. I have not taken minoxidil or finasteride but the recovery so far has been satisfying. After the shedding of transplanted hair in the 2nd month, I begun to observe hair re-growth in the 3rd month. So, I am happy with the results so far. I would recommend Vera Clinic to everyone for the professional service of the hair transplant team.

Got my hair transplant with vera. It has only been 1 day post surgery, but i do not feel any pain. The staff is amazing, the hotel is top class and the drivers are on time to pick you up for appointments and airports. They did cover a lot of head area with graphs. Really excited to see results in a few months. But as of right now i am happy with my decision. It will be up to me to take the necessary steps to heal correctly.
