Man want to say I am impressed this place did an amazing job I first had a hair transplant then got teeth implants everyone was amazing to deal with all around good experience my consultant was nilay topatar she was very knowledgeable about everything and very kind I recommend this place by far the best I been too will return in the future

Came to Vera Clinic to perform my hair transplant. The process was made very smooth by all the staffs. They took utmost care of me during the 2 day process. I will update the results in coming months. Yamen and Dennis helped me answer all my questions. Thanks to everyone in Vera Clinic.

Great staff. Clean and professional place. Everybody is so welcoming and kind. Just had my procedure last month so the result has to wait. But really happy with everyone that was involved. Everything was arranged by the clinic. All you need is plain tickets and they will take care of the rest

Very impressed with the process Vera Clinic has devised to make my hair transplant run smoothly and efficiently. They are extremely professional and thorough, having conducted so many procedures in the past. Excellent follow-up, very clear instructions about how to proceed post operation, I have every confidence I will achieve an outstanding result. The communication prior to the event was also excellent: I had a clear idea of what to expect and grateful that Mukremin my contact was prompt and clear with replies to my queries. If you are looking for a hair transplant, I would strongly recommend.

Terrible results after 1 year, avoid clinic. Main fink for this company just money not result. 4k £ just wasted. Terrible customer service. 6.1k graft extracted…… disappoint.. try to find better clinic..AVOID………………………disappointed…………… worst customer care after surgery……… bad experience……………. No support at all… Contact me I have more photos if you need…… avoid..

Overall experience was a 8 Cons- airport pickup was unorganized. There was a lady who was in charge of delegating the driver situation at the pick up area that was misleading and rude about waiting for the driver. I had no idea she was even affiliated with vera clinic because she wore regular clothing There was some information that was never told to me by the WhatsApp medical consultant. Bring cash!! If you don’t, there is an 8% charge to your credit/debit card. There is also an aftercare package that is offered to purchase on day 2(vitamins, serums, shampoo, sprays, & finasteride) that is NOT included in the price of the transplant/hotel package. If you buy all the supplements it totals out to an extra 2k, but you can buy stuff separately. None of the work is done by the doctors. The doctors deal with you for maybe 10 minutes. All they do is ask about medical history and determine the drawn out hairline. All of extraction, channeling, and Implantation is done by the technicians. The doctors walk in on occasion during the procedure to check on things. The anesthesia injections hurt. Pros - clean and beautiful venue Staff is very nice and respectful. Translators/nurses are very nice and take their time with you with any questions you have. The day after you spend time doing an oxygen chamber, washing, red light therapy, which expresses the level of care they have for you. I’m writing this review on day 2. The quality of work looks amazing but it is too early to tell. I’m excited to see the results. Shout out to Ellis, Jim, and Haroo(operations manager) for making me feel comfortable

After a lot of re-search and contacting various clinics in Istanbul, it did not work out in the end with any of them due to various factors. Until I contacted Vera Clinic. As soon as I expressed my interest online, I was contacted by them, specifically to name Mirela, who went above and beyond - she spent a lot of time with me on the phone/ answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable in proceeding with Vera Clinic. From the initial consultation until the day I returned home after the surgery, my whole experience was amazing and the process was made very comfortable by everyone at the clinic. I am now in contact with Lea from the Aftercare team, who is following up with me on the progress, answering all my questions and giving advice on post-operation practices. With any questions that I have, I contact her directly and she responds immediately. It has only been 2 weeks so far since my surgery and everything seems to be going fine. I can´t wait to hit the 6-month mark and then see final results which apparently should be at 12-18 months. I can definitely recommend Vera Clinic - 5/5 stars!!!!

The experience was very amazing. Yamen was amazing from very beginning to end when I arrive to Vera Clinic for my surgery. He makes things very smooth and answers all questions patiently. Mukremin explained everything from start of the diagnosis and explained different options I can available for my surgery.

I have been very impressed with my experience at Vera Clinic! They have the hair transplant process very nearly perfect in it's present capabilities. After doing a year of research and meeting lots of people who'd had a hair transplant done, I decided I liked everything I'd heard and seen from Vera clinic the best. I sent an inquiry and was immediately contact by Adam, who remained my contact throughout my process, answering questions, doing consultations and assisting with everything I needed along the way. I opted for the additional Stem Cell treatment as well which being new there isn't much on yet, but hoping for the best results with this added measure. The day of the procedure I was surprised to see there were 8 other guys going in with me, but in my experience, Vera has the facilities, staff and professionalism to show you that you are cared for privately and at your own pace, I didn't see any of them again until the next day as we were all taken away by different members of the team. It was also really nice to have fellow patients to go into this process with together and compare notes. My interpreter was incredible, kind and supportive, ensured I knew what was happening each step of the way and looking out for anything that might worry me or impact my procedure. I had 6050 grafts done - 2000 more than they had originally said they could do, was happy for that. My advice to anyone reading is to ensure you read carefully all the instructions and literature they give you, save specific dates in your calendar for your steps in healing. The day of surgery, take a stress ball - I will say the anesthesia needles at the start of the extraction and implantation are the most challenging part of the whole process, having a ball or towel to clench gets you through the 2 mins of pain until the numbing kicks in. Also sleeping for the week after the procedure is tricky, you have to get used to sleeping with a neck pillow to let your head heal. I am now 12 days out and very happy with my results, the team, and value i feel i got out of this process, I will have to return to do my crown in 6-12 months to get full coverage but I am happy to give Vera my business for this as well and recommend them to everyone. Did 5,000 grafts. Clinic is super clean and the process was very well explained. The staff is friendly and accommodative. I personally had zero pain or discomfort. Can’t say enough good things about the whole experience.

Fantastic clinic, very professional. answered all questions pre opp, whilst in istanbul you had regular updates and always knew what is going on. post opp they have been in contact. now just need to wait for the finished results😀. overall very happy and Omer was amazing throughout the process and a true asset to the team. thank you!
