This was majorly positive experience for me. A few years ago, I was pressured by a doctor in Toronto into doing an FUE procedure, which I didn't know at the time is not always the most viable procedure for black candidates. I don't think my surgeon knew this either. It was traumatizing, and a harder recovery than it should have been. I spent years with a really poor transplant job I felt bullied into doing. I did some research and found Tammie at the Hair Loss Experts clinic and she was no-pressure, super informative, and extremely reassuring of whatever route I decided to go in. I booked an FUT transplant (for the higher rate of successful grafts) which was much more cost effective than any of those crooks in Toronto. And Tammie set up virtually everything, including my stay. It was so easy, and the entire surgery team was SO nice and reassuring! Most importantly (to me, in my case), the doctor has experience with BLACK clients! The doctor explained everything as he went, and left me feeling very confident in their work. The day after, I have no pain at all. Haven't needed to use any of the painkillers given to me. Thank you Hair Loss Experts team! You've lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and I'm very thankful. This experience was hands down 100x better than what I went through before.

I feel so reassured after my consultation with Tammie. Hair Loss Experts provided realistic expectations for my hair loss/regrowth. She didn't overstate my hair loss and didn't try to get me to leave with a bunch of products, so no sales pressure. This is my first pleasant experience with such a personal situation. I would recommend anyone to make Hair Loss Experts the first/only place for your hair loss treatment.

The team at Hair Loss Experts are extremely friendly and professional. Tammie, the owner, is welcoming and thorough about the type of procedure you are paying for. It has only been two weeks of using the Sunetics System, but I feel confident that the results will appear after a couple of months. However, even after a couple weeks of using the Sunetics System, the texture of my hair feels different and shedding has decreased dramatically. Also, I did not decide on doing a hair transplant as the progression of thinning was in the early stages, but I did get a chance to chat with the physician and asked him a number of questions. He was so friendly and willing to take several minutes out of his busy day and answer all of my questions (and I had a lot). Finally, Tammie is very accommodating and will make the procedures affordable for each client, regardless of your financial situation. I want to thank the entire team at Hair Loss Experts!

Great results ! I used the Sunetics system and then had a hair transplant. I saw results way faster then expected using the Sunetics laser. I did find it hard to find the time; but Tami was very accommodating in her schedule in.

The service at Hair Loss Experts is quite amazing for a business that deals with numerous clientele, all with different goals and needs. There is a diverse set of treatment options ranging from non-invasive to invasive, which provides a very nice set of options. Tammie is knowledgeable, kind, and candid regarding the transplant surgery, laser treatment, and home care solutions (I.e. hairmax, Rogaine etc.) The fact that the Hair Loss Experts staff are honest with their prognostic enables you to be prepared for what is to come or expected to come for each treatment. One critique I would give is that the post-OP manual could be better updated and organized in terms of dates, however this is very MINOR as it is overall comprehensible. The personable and practical applications that Hair Loss Experts provides are leaps and bounds ahead of other Hair restorative centers that appear to care more about capital than the welfare of their patients. Well done and good job to Hair Loss Experts.
