Martina always makes me look better than I did when I walked in. She is kind, observant and very professional. Her knowledge of cutting and styling is amazing. Almarosa greets me each time I arrive with a smile. I appreciate her kind reminders regarding my units, account, appointments, and scheduling! She is always the professional. No complaints always positive and I thank her for that!

I can't say enough positive things about Image One Hair Salon in Orange! Elia has been my primary stylist for about 28 years now, and she's awesome! She always has a positive attitude, pays close attention to every little detail of my service, and never let's me leave the facility unless I'm 100% satisfied & confidant with her work. And when she's not available to service my hair then Martina steps in and does an amazing job too! In addition, it's always a pleasant & professional experience with ElmaRosa running things from the front desk, and Candy making sure all the hair systems are on point with the customers requests! When you have a facility like this where everyone, (Elia, Martina, AlmaRosa & Candy), not only excel at what they do, but also have amazing attitudes & personalities, I can honestly say, it's a true joy anytime I come in! In addition, I wouldn't feel comfortable having anyone else, or any place else for that matter, tend to my hair service needs. You ladies are incredible, and I'm so appreciative for each one of you, "Thank You"!

I have received service from Image One Hair Art Salon at the Orange location for more than a decade. The service I received has been consistently excellent. The personnel are top notch professionals and care about their customers. The personnel create an atmosphere that make customers feel comfortable and welcome. Image One in Orange is a well managed and operated hair salon. I look forward to every visit monthly. The receptionist greets me with a smile and kind words every time. From the time I walk in until the minute I leave I'm treated with the utmost professional care. I'm friends with all the ladies that are employed there and we always have a good laugh about something. Elia has been my stylist for 20 years and she is awesome! My hair always looks fantastic! No detail overlooked. I feel very confident my hair will look good when I leave. Just an all around pleasant experience! Keep up the good work ladies!

This business has never disappointed me in my 27!years of getting my hair styled. They are always kind and professional. They are extremely accommodating in getting me in for appointments which can be a challenge as I travel a lot. Martina is my Stylist and she is absolutely wonderful as a professional and a person. Always feel so caring and interested in how I’m doing. The rest of the staff, Almarosa, Candy, and Elia, are excellent also, very engaging and welcoming Highly recommended this establishment

I have been coming here for several years now. Martina is my Stylist with 30 plus years of experience. Martina is always so friendly and nice. She is also very patient to be sure you are happy . The front office area is awesome as well. Her name is Alma Rosa and she extremely professional and always friendly with the clients coming in... She makes you feel very comfortable and can answer any of your questions. There is another Stylist named Elia that is great and friendly too and has many years experience.. I must also mention Candy. She is always working hard in the back room as the Ventilator (A ventilator is the person that adds hair if and when you need it ) This is a rare and great benefit and important to have on staff in case you are in need of hair addition During your actual appt.time. Very few if any places offer this service. The quality is great and the prices are fair too. Everyone at this place is friendly and always accommodates your needs . I highly recommend to try it out Don't be shy to come in and get a consultation . They will be happy to help you and show you what great products and systems they have to offer. ..for men or women.. You will be glad you did .

One of the most respectful, friendliest employees work here, I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Martina is one of the sweetest ladies that helps me out with my hair system she is one of the stylist, and if I have any problems with anything with the hair system she will work to find a solution! They have a lovely receptionist AlmaRosa she’s always greeting you as soon as you walk in, loves to chat and hold a conversation while you wait for your stylist. They have a worker in the back her name is candy, sweet lady as well, very hard worker. All of the employees here are very friendly and nice to get along with it they make you feel very comfortable like a small family.

For many years, Elia has been taking care of my extensions, and giving me a beautiful, glamorous look. I give this business my highest recommendation, and I would not go anywhere else for this service. All of the personnel are true artists, and their products are the highest level of quality. They are ethical, professional, caring, attentive and very fair with pricing.
