I have truly enjoyed traveling with United. Many airlines could learn a lot from them. The planes don't have to be the newest, but the staff are definitely the happiest.

I recently flew with United Airlines, and the experience left me with a lot of positive impressions. The highlight of the flight was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the flight attendant, Barbara. What truly amazed me was that she recognized us three weeks after our last flight and greeted us personally on board with a warm smile. It’s rare to encounter such personalized service, and it made us feel incredibly valued as passengers. Barbara’s professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were truly outstanding, and it’s clear that she takes great pride in her work. The flight itself was smooth and comfortable, with the crew working diligently to ensure that everyone had a pleasant experience. The cabin was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall vibe was calm and relaxing. That said, I do believe there is room for improvement in the in-flight meal offerings. The food, while decent, was a bit on the basic side, and adding more variety to the menu could elevate the overall experience. I have no doubt that with a little more attention to the dining options, United Airlines could make its flights even more enjoyable. In conclusion, while there are always areas to improve, my overall experience with United Airlines was positive, and the incredible service from the crew, particularly Barbara, truly stood out. I look forward to flying with United again in the future and hope to see them continue to enhance their services.

Flights were delayed the whole trip. Not fun

It was a very heart warming moment being my grandma come back after one whole monthe just because of that a five,and the service was also really good

I fly first class for a reason. The service was horrible!

I flew United Internationally once and will never again. During the meals on my flight, they didn't require the passenger in front of me to sit up right, so it was difficult to eat the really bad food. I paid to upgrade my seat on both my flights. Then I had to reschedule my return flight and had to pay extra to release it from the travel agency so that I could reschedule it. I couldn't use the flight in the year you're supposed to use it in. Then I tried to cancel and at least get some money back from the upgrade I paid for, but I got a reply saying I am getting ZERO refund. Never fly United Internationally PERIOD. You can get a cheaper price with other airlines and get better service or if you pay extra, you'll actually get what you paid for.
