i use the informed delivery and this location never sends me whatever i'm told thats coming. i thought they lost my w-2 forms for this year and my neighbors have had late bills because of this post office

Don't expect any usps tape or shipping sticker to use for free. Usps always have it available in NYC.

Fourth time we never received mail. Average time of mail delivery 6-8 pm.

I am getting many wrong mails with different addresses which I have to work as a delivery man. The delivery man called George must be blind. Our mails are delivered by other neighborhood as well or sometime destroyed by neighborhood if they dont want to hand deliver to our house. This is really beyond rediculous in Pleasantville, NY...

Rude. No smiles, every time they give you an attitude for no reason. Like previous review said, Hawthorne post office much better, very nice people there.

I have rented a box at this location for two years. I find ALL the worker to be terribly unfriendly, rude and not helpful. It's almost like they don't want to work. I have at different times asked about getting a passport vs the the pass ID. No one can give me answers. They just tell me to go to Briarcliff, they're are more set uo for that. I've asked the difference between flat rate and both and was talked to like I was stupid. I was in a conundrum just yesterday. Was told I couldn't be helped according to the rules, and the displayed sign. I said I did read the sign, but please...again, did i read the sign, I said yes. I left, wanting torch (I was walking, it was frigid, I was sickI, I had the wronf keys with me to open my box. I said "NO". I waked back in and asked to speak witht he postmaster. The 'other guy' just said he didn't think he was there. I said please check. Then he said he was on the phone. Also that he would tell me the same thing I was already told. At that point, the Postmaster opened thehalf door, I explained my situation , he asked if I has an ID, Idid. He got may mail. I apologized and said I would"t for my key again. He was courteous and professional. I absolutly HATE going in that post office, the worst! I don't think anyone wants to be there.
