I recently assisted H2O Concepts with the reinstallation of one of their systems after a customer relocated to our area, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We have had our whole house water system from H2O Concepts for 9 years, and it has truly been one of the best investments for our family. Because my husband is a double transplant patient, having clean, safe water is incredibly important to us. When we moved, we brought the system with us and their team reinstalled it in our new home, which made the transition seamless. Recently, I noticed a chlorine smell and reached out for help. Sherry was amazing and took the time to FaceTime with me right away to walk me through how to safely shut off the system until service could come. Within two days, Robert arrived, fixed the issue, checked the water thoroughly, and made sure everything was working perfectly. He also reviewed the warranty with us, which we really appreciated. We now have complete confidence in our water again, whether we are drinking it or showering. The level of care, responsiveness, and professionalism means so much to our family. Highly recommend.

Service Fee Over Charge I believe that the service charge for a visit of $145 is very high .Most applicance services charge $75 or a mximum of $99. So although I was covered by the warranty I still had to pay $145 for a 15 mimutes sevice visit. What make a H2o Concept visit more expensive then the going rate. Also when I called for service the associate did not mention the $145 sevice charge.

I am writing to share how absolutely pleased I am with my whole-house water system from H2O Concepts. The difference in water clarity, purity, and taste throughout my entire home has been remarkable. Every tap delivers clean, fresh-tasting water, and I no longer need to purchase bottled water as I did for many years. Another major benefit is that I no longer have problems with calcium buildup in my faucets or pipes. Fixtures stay cleaner, maintenance is easier, and the entire plumbing system feels better protected. I have had a traditional soft water system in the past, but the water did not taste nearly as good, it added more sodium to my water. Brine a highly concentrated saltwater discharge solution harmed my soil and plants. In addition to the outstanding water quality, the company’s service was excellent. Jonathan the installer was professional, helpful. Jonathan was knowledgeable and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He answered my questions and made water system installation a seamless process. I highly recommend both the system and the company to anyone considering a whole-home water filtration solution. We recently purchased this H2O system to replace our water softener and RO. I’ve seen the commercials on TV for years and the sales person bragged about his many years with the company. I tried calling that sales rep today just to ask when I can expect to stop tasting salt in the water and when will the dishes and the refrigerator stop having spots. Unfortunately the sales rep never called back and the Customer Service rep told me to drain my new hot water heater. Not impressed with the quality or service so far. Rick K

We were new to the valley and were completely taken advantage of!!! This system is complete garbage!!! Our showers are very difficult to clean due to scaling and hard water, our dishwasher is rusted and we spent over $5,000!!!! We are moving now so I’m doing the research I should have done a few years ago and now know they completely ripped us off!!! Stay away from these crooks!!!!

Just DON'T, system is junk. Takes chlorine out of water fine, but their pitch says water spots etc will wipe right off, which it will if you have sandblaster. Have to use pumice stones in toilets twice a week. Water stains at fridge water dispenser tray need jackhammer to remove. Our system is barely a year old and going to junk it. WORST investment I ever made. I was a plumber for over 50 years and never saw anything as worthless as this junk. Will be putting in HALO or Lifesource system. Do yourself a favor and just DONT

Nothing but a money grab. System is junk. They don't want to honor warranty making it completely useless. No real company I can find here. Just a home based office and some salesmen. Avoid them at all costs.

Please don't use this business at all. I had experience with them and I am not happy at all. We installed H2O concept in our house two years ago. The whole system was 5k or more and has a 10 year warranty. In the past month I have noticed that system is not working. We called the company who installed the system, and the rep. told us we can do troubleshooting over the phone. Next following day still not working. We called customer service again and insisted they sent a technician at this time. It was determined that the circuit board died. Now remember this is under 10 year warranty and they ended up charging trip charge of $145.00 stating that's their company policy. If something is under the warranty they should repair without any charge. If there is a must charge for situations like this then it should be reduced. Fair charge would be $50.00 this was a 5 minute job. This business has low ratings so now I know why. I just become another individual to give them 1star. And the person who answered the phone.
