We recently purchased this H2O system to replace our water softener and RO. I’ve seen the commercials on TV for years and the sales person bragged about his many years with the company. I tried calling that sales rep today just to ask when I can expect to stop tasting salt in the water and when will the dishes and the refrigerator stop having spots. Unfortunately the sales rep never called back and the Customer Service rep told me to drain my new hot water heater. Not impressed with the quality or service so far. Rick K

We were new to the valley and were completely taken advantage of!!! This system is complete garbage!!! Our showers are very difficult to clean due to scaling and hard water, our dishwasher is rusted and we spent over $5,000!!!! We are moving now so I’m doing the research I should have done a few years ago and now know they completely ripped us off!!! Stay away from these crooks!!!!

Just DON'T, system is junk. Takes chlorine out of water fine, but their pitch says water spots etc will wipe right off, which it will if you have sandblaster. Have to use pumice stones in toilets twice a week. Water stains at fridge water dispenser tray need jackhammer to remove. Our system is barely a year old and going to junk it. WORST investment I ever made. I was a plumber for over 50 years and never saw anything as worthless as this junk. Will be putting in HALO or Lifesource system. Do yourself a favor and just DONT

Nothing but a money grab. System is junk. They don't want to honor warranty making it completely useless. No real company I can find here. Just a home based office and some salesmen. Avoid them at all costs.

Please don't use this business at all. I had experience with them and I am not happy at all. We installed H2O concept in our house two years ago. The whole system was 5k or more and has a 10 year warranty. In the past month I have noticed that system is not working. We called the company who installed the system, and the rep. told us we can do troubleshooting over the phone. Next following day still not working. We called customer service again and insisted they sent a technician at this time. It was determined that the circuit board died. Now remember this is under 10 year warranty and they ended up charging trip charge of $145.00 stating that's their company policy. If something is under the warranty they should repair without any charge. If there is a must charge for situations like this then it should be reduced. Fair charge would be $50.00 this was a 5 minute job. This business has low ratings so now I know why. I just become another individual to give them 1star. And the person who answered the phone. OMG I strongly recommend she takes customers service class and learn how to talk to people. Shame on you all. Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

If you live in Lake Havasu City Arizona STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We were told our water would be clean and only minimal minerals would be found good for you right. Unfortunately we have been complaining of mineral deposits wherever the water has been allowed to dry leaving ugly stains. The company suggests cleaning the hot water heater what this has to do with the cold water supply has never been fully explained. They will NOT come out to inspect the system or offer a solution other than the water heater. Our drip tray on our refrigerator ice maker is now stained with minerals that no longer clean off. We should have kept our water softener and R. O. Unit which they removed during the install. Don't waste your money on this system in this city!

Salesperson tried to get us to sign a contract, telling us it was only permission to run a credit check. We found the system to be very expensive. We asked the salesperson to leave a business card and if we decided too purchase, we would call him. He wouldn't stop calling trying to get us to buy the system. We finally told him to never call us again under threat of reporting him and the business to the States Attorney. Read the other reviews, then search for another solution.

Proof that just because a company is on TV doesn’t mean they deserve your business. Horrible customer service. I was so excited for this product and their customer service spoils everything. I’m a 10+ year customer that purchased 2 units and they still treat me like an annoyance. They will say you don’t need to replace your filters for $600 before the warranty is up - as soon as the warranty expires they will charge you $3,000 for the same filter. Avoid this company, buy a similar product for lower cost and better customer service-this is a product you’ll have for many years, don’t ruin your experience by going into business with a dishonorable company who will try to deceive you and avoid servicing your units.

NOT HAPPY OR PLEASED with your system AT ALL We have had your whole house filter system for about 2 years now and nothing that the salesman said are true. : ( He claimed that the water tastes good, he claimed the water keeps your skin soft, and gets your clothes cleaner; Well, NONE of that is true. We have added a RO filter system to our whole house system, it has helped take more of the "white stuff" the minerals off of the faucets, dishwasher and dish rack.

This company advertises as the most certified water company, they pay for self testing and haven’t been certified since 2018. Ask them for their certification, they will get off of that subject really fast.

Have had a H2O whole house system in my AZ home for 10+ years, very happy with it and installing one in at my NM home. Karen did a great job in helping me decide on which system for my NM house, highly recommend her to help you with your purchase.

I would award more stars if possible. Our first impression was excellent. The scheduler was polite and accommodating, she worked with us around our schedule. Irving Bush, the salesperson, was the ultimate professional. He arrived for the appointment on time, he sold the features and benefits of his product and at no time bad mouthed his competitors. We had told him we were looking at multiple suppliers. HIs proposal was upfront and precise. At not time was he pushy or aggressive offering "buy right now pricing". Upon notifying him of our desire to order, he worked with us to have the installation to our convenience not H20 concepts' convenience. The installer, John, was also extremely professional. His install was quick and neat. Upon clean up, he not only swept the area around his installation work, but the remainder of the golf cart parking area and my work bench space in our garage where the system is located. The system is working beyond expectations, the water is cleat and tastes good. We are comfortable we made the correct purchase of the 1044.

Not originally from Arizona, we were surprised to discover the water is so bad here and quickly learned people either buy bottled water, use an RO System or purchase some type of whole house water system. Our first house had a water softener salt system, which was not drinkable and mandated lugging heavy bags of salt home and keeping the salt reservoir filled. Crazy! in 2018, after seeing an ad on TV and doing a lot of research on other types of systems, we decided to go with H2o so we can drink the water and have it not taste disgusting. Since purchasing our first system for our home in Tucson, we purchased a second one for our home in Phoenix and then bought my son one as a wedding gift. Our Salesman, Irving Bush, is great, fabulous and knowledgeable. The system is low maintenance, automatically performs a weekly flush. Love it! No salt bags to lug around and great water! The problem is the Customer Service AFTER SALE! for 6 years, every time we call in they have to spend upwards of 20 minutes trying to verify us as a customer. Most recently this past September I actually had to scan and email them copies of our sales orders to prove we were an existing customer. Their recordkeeping must be pencil and scratch paper, because you can't just give your name and address for them to look you up. Having been delighted with the actual H2o system, we HIGHLY recommended this company and its system to countless friends over the last 6 years, and some have installed the system. Most recently our neighbor installed the system 4 months ago and now there is a pretty good water leak in the attic water line which was installed by H2o . My neighbor called us to let us know how horrible they were treated on the phone when they called in to H2o for a service call. They had to prove to Sherri Peak they had a H2o system and that the waterline was H2o installed, since clearly Sherri Peak could/would not simply check the company records to see what the sale/installation entailed. Having been the one to recommend H2o to our neighbor and feeling embarrased about how they said they were treated, I called H2o to ensure them the system is a H2o system and try to help get someone out to fix the leak. Unfortunately, Sherri Peak, the GM took great offense to this and went off on me, reprimanding me because I had not been on the earlier call. There was no "hello" or "oh I'm sorry, there was a miscommunication" when she got on the line, nope, Sherri Peak just went on verbal rampage. I never got a single word in, finally I just hung up on her. A client of 6 years, purchasing 3 systems, should not be treated so poorly, no customer should. UPDATE: H2o did finally send their original installer out to fix the water leak later that day and he said he will be back to check it in about 5 days (after all is dry) to ensure the drywall does not need to be replaced. He came back and said all is good, when it was not. Our neighbor ended up going through their insurance due to the water saturated drywall and plywood caused by the waterline leak H20 installed in the attic arcross the width of the house. H20 did not solder the pipe. H20 has come out a few times and deems all is repaired to their satisfaction. WOW, so they don't care that mold will grow due to the amount of water in the wall. I am so embarrassed we recommended this company. This is quite telling on how they care about customers once the product is installed. This company will not be recommended by us again based on the completely unacceptable treatment given to our neighbor and subsequently us, and the 6 years of repeatedly having to prove we are customers. Their product is great 5*****, but the after sale customer service is bad 1* so we are reducing the previous 5* to a 1*. Certainly another company out there has a competative whole house water system.
