This is a solid 3.5 restaurant. We ordered all you can eat beef course 2 nd to the top level. The beef arrived and felt the quality wasn't meeting expectation. Staff were not very good at communicating in English. So we used translator the whole time and pointing to the pics in the menu. When the bill came, we were charged to the lower quality ayce price. So everything seemed to make sense now but as customers, we left unsatisfied and the restaurant could have made more money if they didn't make a mistake on our order. Regardless, all ingredients were fresh and clean.

อาหารอร่อยมาก ซุปสุกี้ยากี้รสชาติเข้มข้นสุดๆ ส่วนซุปชาบูชาบูก็รสชาติดีมาก โดยเฉพาะเมื่อทานสลับตัดรสกับซุปสุกี้ยากี้ แต่มีข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการปรับปรุงเล็กน้อยดังนี้:
ควรมีการเตรียมช้อนไว้ให้บริการสำหรับลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติ
ราคาอาหารค่อนข้างสูงหากมาทานกันเป็นครอบครัวใหญ่ ฉันเพิ่งทราบจากคอมเมนต์ของลูกค้าท่านอื่นทีหลังว่าทางร้านมีบริการแบบบุฟเฟต์ (ทานไม่อั้น) ด้วย ซึ่งตอนไปทานไม่ได้รับการแนะนำโปรโมชั่นนี้ ทำให้จ่ายไปค่อนข้างแพง อยากให้พนักงานช่วยแนะนำตัวเลือกบุฟเฟต์ให้ลูกค้าทราบก่อนสั่งด้วย
อยากให้พนักงานสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้บ้าง เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ลูกค้าต่างชาติ แต่โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจมากครับ/ค่ะ รสชาติอร่อย เข้มข้น และวัตถุดิบสดใหม่มาก
The food was absolutely delicious. The sukiyaki broth was extremely rich and flavorful, and the shabu-shabu broth was also quite good, especially when eaten to balance out the sukiyaki. However, I have a few suggestions for improvement:
1.Spoons should be provided for foreign customers.
2.The food can be quite expensive, especially if dining with a large family. I read from other reviews later that there is an 'all-you-can-eat' option. We were not informed about this and ended up paying quite a lot. It would be great if the staff could proactively recommend the all-you-can-eat option to customers.
3.English communication should be improved. It would be helpful if the staff could speak some basic English.
Overall, though, the taste is fantastic, very rich, and the ingredients are extremely fresh!
食事はとても美味しかったです。すき焼きのスープはとても濃厚で、しゃぶしゃぶのスープもすき焼きとの相性が良く、とても美味しかったです。ただ、いくつか改善していただきたい点があります：
外国人客にはスプーンを提供してほしいです。
大家族で行くと料金が少し高めです。後で他のお客さんのレビューを読んで「食べ放題」があることを知りましたが、私たちはそれを知らずに高い料金を払ってしまいました。注文の前に、スタッフの方から食べ放題のプランをおすすめしていただけるとありがたいです。
外国人客のために、英語での対応も少しできるようにしてほしいです。
全体的には、味付けも濃厚で、食材もとても新鮮で素晴らしかったです！
