Ed and the rest of the staff have been nothing short of amazing when it comes to greeting me into this new environment. He remembered my name after a single meeting and has treated me with much respect. I even messed up one of the machines on my first day there and he was very kind about it.

After seeking personal training and also seeking a new gym I am impressed and amazed with this gym. I have a wonderful trainer who is helping me. Parking is always an issue but this place is amazing everyone is so nice. Small fit meals place outside the gym for food in the run

The absolute best gym in all of San Diego. The price is right there’s no hidden fees or hidden anything. The only downside is the parking but even then you can find parking just down the street or a few blocks away. Even with this the equipment and amazing staff make up for it. If you aren’t lifting here you’re doing something wrong.
