Horrible experience lots of workers in the floor and none walked up to me to help me pick out my shade . Instead of looking at me so much like I was going to shoplift help your customers.

Terrible service. I went to purchase a Sephora Foundation that I have been buying for years now, however, Sephora changed the brand foundation and there isn´t one that matches the one I have used for so long. I asked for help and I was told to wait in the aisle, I did wait but I decided to stay around while using my time and try to figure out other foundations that could match the same color. (The store was not packed). No one came so after a while I just went on around the store and try to figure it out on my own. I tried plenty of other brands and couldn´t find any that would much except for two brands that were close. I wish Sephora had kept their foundations and added a different brand, it doesn´t seem like the coverage is the same anymore either.

I shopped several times in this store to get my facial essentials. Most of the time I know which products I need and I am the kind of customer who gets things and leave. I am not approached by staff also because I don't really browse, but one time when I was looking at stuff - Karin approached me in a very friendly and helpful manner. I really appreciated it because I was actually struggling to find the thing I needed and she came at the right timing. Thank you Karin!

I went into this Sephora because it was close to my place. The employees are always nice and helpful. I went in to get a specific foundation, they didn’t have it. A customer service rep explained that they had 3 left. She went to the back and they weren’t there. She offered to see if the foundation was at another location, but why would/should I have to go to another location to get something that is sold here? She offered pre-made samples and couldn’t find the shade I needed. Then she offered me samples from the display foundation, it was out. Needless to say, that situation escalated at every corner and almost made me escalate but I did not. I simply thanked her for her help and walked out. Please be mindful of what products are available at each store to better service the customers that buy and support this business.

This store has the best customer service! Karin the absolute BEST!!!!! Both times I have went she helped me with everything! She stayed patient and did not leave my side. She helped me find the best products for gifts and for myself!!! She is so soo AMAZING!!! So sweet and kind! Definitely the best experience I have had at store. I will be back and looking for her every time!

Great customer service. Have not been to this location I a while. Most of the employees were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Shopped with my mom, which was fun, and was able to find what we needed. Location is accessible with good parking (within a block), and the store is clean. The associates were all masked.
