Worst experience i booked a room for 1 night with my roommate. He checked in for two people in the afternoon. When i came in the evening they didn't let me in even after showing my ID. They asked me to keep my original documents at the reception. Note: never give your original documents to anyone even if it's for verification you can share with them a copy. They are just fraud also the ambience is worst. Not family friendly. They are running a "SPA" On the first floor which is actually something else (you know what i mean).

I usually don't even rate ordinary places, but this is a hotel people should know about.
There was no parking, and very ordinary customer service and friendliness. For example, I provided my Emirates ID but it was not given back and I had to follow up and make a special trip to get it back. Not even a call to let me know I'd left it there. Upon checking in we weren't even welcomed in any way, as though we were just more work for the guy.
The rooms were old, stale and musty that weren't clean and smelled strange. The bathtub was dirty and rusty, the carpet and beds were old.
It was also very noisy from the street and the air conditioning. The TV had three channels and the internet was extremely slow.
We had to request towels and coffee and only got a response after calling three times. When we asked why the room wasn't cleaned we were told "it's done every three days. It's not a 5-star hotel".
We agree. It's a 1-star property at most. Avoid it there are much better options for the same price in the area.
