Nick and Greg took very good care of my inspection!! My first home and I felt in very good hands with there inspection and information they gave me. He took the time after to go through major things with me as well as the minor stuff before he even sent the full report that was very detailed!

Our inspector Greg, was great. He was on time, efficient and happy to walk us through the tests and show us the issues we have in our home. He confirmed a water leak we thought we might have and detected growth in our air-conditioner. Really thankful we had Guardian Angel do an inspection, so we have peace of mind knowing what steps we now need to take.

Status: The One Stop Shop
This team knows it's stuff. We recently had a property inspected (top to bottom, the whole package) and not only were they expeditious but diligent and super attentive. The level of professionalism really goes above and beyond. Truly worth every penny. Gill was the particular team-lead during my inspection and I have to say he/they gave me every confidence in the results.
Sure, there may be cheaper options but given Gill and the Guardian Angel teams assessments there's no one else I'd recommend more.

Hector was great! He was very thorough and communicated well giving detailed information to my clients during the inspection. Even the listing agent was impressed and took his business card. It was raining and Hector decided to come back later that day to complete proper inspection of the outside, roof and pool. Very detailed report was provided shortly after. Have yet to be disappointed with Guardian Angel Inspection!!!! Highly recommend 👍🏼
