Not sure what happened to the service but the food quality is extremely poor now. You guys use to be so damn good what exactly happened??
The taco bowl was terrible now before it was fine now they use fried nacho chips to create the bowl for the taco salad huge disappointment and disgusting.
Secondly the burritos are getting very small and missing add-ons like veggies etc etc
I asked for fajitas and other add-on items for the burrito and what I received only came with rice and protein no veggies it was disappointing and terrible.
You guys need to go back to your old ways or will lose me as a customer because I spent well over $70+ every time when I order
ordered a RICE bowl. literally got one scoop of rice spread out all over the bowl. and then a bunch of meats and lettuce. Great appreciate the mean but kind of wanted some rice. never seen anything like this. It’s a sad bowl for $20+ had to push back all the meet to just show the small amounts of rice in this. Gave them a call some girl answered like she didn’t even want to be there and all she said was ya uh sorry. I’d rather chipotle because at least i’m getting a RICE BOWL.
I’ve been ordering from here on UberEats for the past few months, but recently the quality has dropped drastically. The burrito bowl portions have been cut in half—it’s literally just a thin layer of rice covering the bottom, and you can even see the bowl through it. The chicken looked and tasted burnt, making it completely inedible. It’s unbelievable that you’d still serve food like that, especially when we’re paying almost $15 per bowl.
Today I tried the birria tacos, and they were just as disappointing—overly salty (felt like I was eating a weeks worth of sodium), soggy, and falling apart to the point where I couldn’t even eat them with my hands. It’s frustrating to see how much this place has gone downhill. I won’t be ordering from here again.
I have my office relatively close to that place and thought I'd try the food there. The service is very rude and there's a girl who looks at me dirty when I go and I even feel like she doesn't like me in part, that's discriminatory. Today I went after work and I didn't feel comfortable with the staff at all. I thought I'd leave them a good tip but with that service I'm not going back. Besides, I arrive saying hello and I feel like everyone is in a bad mood for working there. They don't say goodbye when I say thank you very much and see you later. The girl just looks at me dirty. 🥲🥲
