Even as the CEO of the company, sometimes I have to reach out to our terrific help desk. Tuesday was one of those occasions. The speech to text transcription of my voicemail messages stopped working. (One of my favorite features in our mobile app!) So, I put in a ticket.
Chris Martell promptly contacted me, assessed the situation, made a quick update and everything was working again. Chris explained to me that I had turned off sending my voicemail messages to my email, and that triggered the transcription to stop working. Oooops.

I want to take this opportunity to reach out and thank Mary Suranofsky for all her assistance helping me transfer my business phones to a new location. Needless to say transferring phone lines is a difficult process for consumers. She was kind enough to make this simple by calling my provider on a conference call eliminating a lot of stress for me.
