Amazing hotel ! The staff is absolutely wonderful and took care of us when we arrived at 1:00 AM. We were tired and they checked us in smoothly. The hotel facilities and rooms are outstanding. We will definitely return to Indigo Hotel !!

Hotel Indigo is a 26 floor IHG property located on Wireless (Wittayu) Road in the embassy district. The rooms are of an excellent size with electronically operated curtains and plenty of wardrobe space. Likewise, the bathroom is roomy with a walk in shower. The water pressure from the hand held shower head is powerful although it is somewhat feeble from the overhead rainfall shower which doesn't really make sense. My room was on the 19th floor and was optimistically described as having a Skytrain view. You could catch glimpses of the Skytrain but I'm not sure that having a Skytrain view is much of a selling point in any case. The room also directly overlooks the Embassy of Vietnam. The real problem is that even on the coldest setting, the air conditioning never made the room cold enough. It seems as if the temperature is centrally controlled and that the control on the wall is there purely for show. Room service food is of very good standard. Staff throughout the hotel are unfailingly polite and helpful. Hotel is a five minute walk or so from Ploenchit BTS although this isn't mentioned on the hotel website. What is mentioned though is the nearest MRT stop of Lumpini which is about a 25 minute walk. Only two of the three lifts worked for most of my stay which necessitated a bit of hanging around on occasion. I usually stay in the Holiday Inn Ploenchit on my visits to Bangkok rather than the Indigo but made the decision to stay in the latter as it was a lot cheaper which isn't usually the case. I'll probably revert to the Holiday Inn for future stays as I prefer the location and their standard rooms whilst smaller, are always well air conditioned.

The male concierge was so kind and resourceful too when I asked where to shop for local products and directions. I will definitely be back to Bangkok and stay at Hotel Indigo . I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff were consistently kind and professional, making me feel welcome throughout. The room was clean and comfortable with a great city view. Although the AC wasn’t working properly at first, it was quickly fixed after I reported it. Breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and full of flavor. The rooftop pool was a highlight, especially at sunset. With its great location and warm service, I’d gladly stay here again.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms with a vintage feel. The night view from our room was pretty and the staff at the front desk and doors were very polite and sweet. The breakfast spread was really good but on our second morning the staff took forever to bring our eggs and they were cold when they arrived. I had ordered noodles as well at the noodle station but it never made it to us. It wasn't like it was super crowded and that was a bit disheartening :( like why were we ignored? Great stay with warm service and good vibes!

This was my first time staying at Hotel Indigo and I loved it! Room was clean and stylish, with a small balcony and nice city view. Location is also very convenient — close to BTS, 7-11 downstairs, and easy to find food nearby.

Room is big enough, with sofa, desk, and even some welcome snacks.

Gym is 24hr open (small but okay), and pool looks amazing — just I didn’t bring swimsuit this time 😢

My favourite place in Bkk💞 Food and services was very good. Location is close to shopping malls and park, beds are comfy and views fascinating.
