On Friday, I took my Asus laptop in for their free diagnostic. My laptop had been freezing up or the screen would turn black to the point I’d have to do a hard shut off and turn it back on again. Also, my keyboard was a little bent. Jason was at the store when I came by and let me know that Brandon, who works on the computers, wasn’t there. I left my computer there and was told I would get a call on Monday or Tuesday because they were closed on the weekend.
I actually got a call the next day, Saturday. Brandon told me it was a hard drive issue and he would probably be able to fix it. But if he wasn’t able to, I would need a new computer and he offered to find the next model I should buy that supports my lifestyle and gaming needs so I didn’t have to go through the hassle. Amazing!
I was told it would be about $150 for parts and service (because I am a student, I got a discount) and that I would get a call Monday or Tuesday when it’s ready. Monday morning, I got the call. My computer was fixed! I went in later that day to pay for it and was on my merry way. And it turned out to only be $100, which is so very appreciated as a college student. Just be aware that they only take cash. Brandon fixed my drive screws and corrected issues detected during windows repairs and full drive scans. He also bent back my keyboard into place. All for $100, I am beyond impressed. Very grateful for this shop and their quick service. Would highly recommend!!
