Just had our deck and balcony tile cleaned and sealed by Benjamin and he did an amazing job! He takes his time and is very detailed oriented. He is the owner and takes a lot of pride in his work. Also was on time and is good at following up with customers on quotes and scheduling. An estimate is emailed before any work begins. I would highly recommend using them!

We just had an excellent experience with Benjamin from the Grout Nurse. Benjamin was timely, professional, and detailed in his explanation of what the job entailed, and when he was finished, our shower and grout all looked like new again! Benjamin was very tidy and neat during the process of cleaning, staining and sealing our master shower. I used the grout nurse today and he did a fantastic job, super nice guy, answered all my questions, and got our grout and cleaned and revealed shower so everything looks new! We now will schedule with him every year as he gives us a great discount too to schedule right after our appt! I tried zero res before and grout didn't look great and asked him why and he explained you really need the chemicals to get the grout clean and then seal it ...he said it was like they did half the job. He has had clients that have them and then he comes does a patch and it is like night and day when he uses the chemicals and it's true. He is amazing and so is the work he does you will Not be disappointed when you use the grout nurse!!
I am delighted to recommend Grout Nurse LLC for the services performed by the owner and operator, Benjamin Danecker and his assistant, Tony. They arrived exactly on time on Monday, October 23 2023 and jumped right into moving furniture and making preparations. They hit the mark on every aspect of the job, which included repairing, cleaning, sealing, and polishing the travertine throughout my condo. No stone was left unturned. The young and energetic men were impressive and had great work ethic. They were mature, honest, and hard working. I was impressed with their attention to detail. They made sure all furniture was put back and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Their pleasant personalities and pride in their work was most appreciated. An added bonus was they whistled while they worked!
