I was sceptical at first - such good prices, but thought it was worth a shot. I sent a WhatsApp message initially and within an hour I had a quote. No pushy sales or pressure to proceed. Superb communication, unbeatable prices and super helpful. I made an error with the initial order, but Adam was able to sort it out quickly and even absorbed the delivery charge that was my fault.
Excellent service from ordering to installation of our Amtico flooring in both kitchen and hallway - communication was good and install was prompt and quick with the guys completing the install doing a perfect job and extremely clean and courteous - I have no hesitation in recommending Grosvenor flooring and Adam and his team as you wont find a more professional approach and finish and support.

We can’t thank Adam enough for guiding us towards the perfect flooring for our home. We visited the showroom which is stocked with a large selection of flooring and we were able to browse without pressure.
The fitter was exceptional, asking us before he started what pattern we wanted the flooring laid in and he was courteous to our property (and dogs)! Our new flooring is stunning 🤩

On time delivery & quality product.
I had to order flooring urgently for a specified date otherwise several subsequent trades would have been unavailable on my home project.
Explained all this to Adam at Altrincham store who then pulled out all the stops to ensure last minute delivery on the requested date. Big thanks in that case for this & for the quality flooring.

Terrible service, really poor communication.
Ordered and paid in full for LVT flooring supply only. 14 days later we were emailed and told we can't have the LVT for another 4 weeks. 14 days they had the order before telling us. What kind of service do you call that? We'll take your money and get round it when we are ready!
Terrible service beware.

I found Grosvenor flooring to be rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional. Having made an appointment to look at the Harvey Maria flooring as they were our local stockist, we were told other flooring was not in our price range (they had no idea of what we planned to spend), hurried out of the door and despite chasing twice our quote never arrived.
We did find another stockist close by in Stockport, J E Flooring, who have been fantastically professional should you want Harvey Maria flooring.
