Laco of concern for quality and professionalism I am posting this review to document serious concerns with the installation quality of my building and to encourage the company to address these issues promptly. Unfortunately, the structure appears to have been assembled out of square. The uprights, rafters, and door openings are misaligned, which has caused the roll-up doors to repeatedly bind and become stuck when closing. I have had to continually adjust the doors just to keep them usable, which strongly suggests the framing was not properly squared during installation.which also caused all the roof panels to be out of square and lot lay flat with the next panel causing multiple leaks. The roof installation is also very concerning. More than 40 screws appear to have been installed in incorrect locations, including on panel angle transitions where a screw with a rubber washer cannot properly seal. This has already resulted in multiple leaks. In addition, most of the screws were driven so tight that the rubber washers are already splitting, which will cause additional leaks over time as the seals continue to fail. These are basic installation issues that should not occur with a professional metal building installation but that company only seemed to care about quantity over quantity getting one building done so they can move on to the next one as quick as possible cutting every corner they could to finish quickly. Proper roofing practice requires screws to be installed on the flat areas of the panels and tightened only enough to compress the washer without damaging it. Likewise, the frame should be squared before installing doors and roofing components. Because these problems affect the structural alignment of the building, door operation, and the weather-tightness of the roof, they need to be properly corrected rather than temporarily adjusted. I would appreciate the company reviewing this installation and contacting me to discuss a plan for resolving these issues. I am hopeful the company will take responsibility for the workmanship and work toward a fair and timely resolution.

Couldn’t Have Been More Pleased The associate I dealt with was Kevin Hernandez. Kevin was very attentive and answered my questions thoroughly in a timely manner. Kevin was very helpful in helping understand the process and figure out what would help me accomplish meet my needs. As for the installation crew goes, they were professional, competent and also friendly. They made every effort to make sure I was pleased and satisfied. Update: Building was installed on the 12th of January. Guys were onsite at 7am & worked til 8 pm. The building itself exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend Grizzly buildings. Ordered 2nd week of October, and still waiting.

Johan from Grizzly Steel Structures made my building experience extremely easy. I would highly recommend them for anyone thinking about purchasing a metal structure. Pricing was as low as any other company and communication, easy ordering and paying methods was made very simple. Johan will make everything simple and easy for you. The crew that came out to install the building was top notch also, very precise,neat, tidy and clean up was excellent. When they were done, went over the whole building, making sure I was pleased with everything and left the job site as clean as it was when they showed up. Five Stars for the whole experience all the way across the board. Would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a building.

Was told with upcoming holidays I could get the plans for the permit and concrete started. That did not happen. It took two days to get someone to give me information after the told day had passed. Now it will be over 17 week days before the people are even in the office. I have sent emails, phone call and messages and the sales man still has not responded. He boss promised me the plans and that day as come and gone and he is out of the office until after new year. I would not buy from them again and would not say anything good about my purchase and the bad part is I still have to wait and have it installed. Don't make promises you can't keep.

We are pleased with the job Logan did. From start to finish everyone pleasant to work with. Very enthusiastic about getting you what you wanted in a reasonable time frame. We tasked them with a short notice order and Logan was ready to take it on. Our building turned out great. The crew that came wasted no time they hit the ground running and didn't stop until they were finished. It was cold and windy that day. But they got it done. Came back the next morning and finished the few pieces they lacked from the first day. Awesome job 👏.

Even after everything was done I still had follow ups in case I needed anything else and if building was to my standard, which it was. I was happy with my 24x35 building but the crew did not seal any of the windows and they are all leaking water. I have been trying to get the repair scheduled since October but am not getting anywhere with them,not even callbacks. Nice building but terrible after sales support, I regret going with them big time.
