Great service
Very good customer service. Booked this last minute for Christmas. Very good communication throughout. Hot tub was very clean. Highly recommend.
I booked a hot tub hire five months in advance and paid a deposit, which was taken via bank transfer to a personal account rather than the company’s business account. In the two weeks leading up to the hire date, I repeatedly tried to pay the remaining balance. After a delay of five days, I was told that everything was “sorted,” despite no contact having been made with the venue to arrange delivery. Over the following days, I had to chase again as the venue required confirmation and delivery details. Just 36 hours before the scheduled delivery, I was informed that they would not be able to supply the hot tub due to a bereavement involving a relative of a staff member. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, I was disappointed that no alternative solution was offered, such as assistance in sourcing another supplier just a rude , unhelpful employee of Grimsby hot tubs telling me "my hire wasn't important to them as sales were the main part of thier business". Although my deposit has since been refunded, this was issued from a different account again. Based on my experience of the hire service, I would advise others to avoid Grimsby hot tubs and look elsewhere. Just to clarify after your response to my review by the owner on another review site, you cancelled my hire because you were short staffed. after you had said you would refund me and that you were not going to offer me any help to find a solution , "I did say are you f****** kidding me" at which point you got angry shouted and then hung up. My swearing was after you cancelled my hire and not the reason you cancelled. Don't try to make it anything other than poor customer service

Excellent service from start to finish. Paul was very helpful when we enquired about purchasing a hot tub and promptly answered our queries. The delivery guys couldn’t have been better and did a great job of getting the hot tub into position. I would definitely recommend Grimsby Hot Tubs!!!
Weekend Hot Tub Rental
Fantastic weekend in our rental hot tub! Great service, really helpful, quick set up and easy to book etc. would definitely use this company again.
Paid extra for the Gazebo… worth it as it chucked it down all weekend but we were still able to be out in the hot tub all night with no issues ☺️

Top company which looks after your needs. Hot tub has been delivered quicker than expected. The guys who installed hot tub are brilliant, they have managed to fitted it in very narrow summer house which seemed impossible.

We purchased a hot tub with the help of Paul. He was brilliant throughout the entire process, he answered all our queries promptly and went out of his way to arrange a speedy delivery for us. Our installation engineer Harry was also brilliant, he kept us well informed of delivery time and was very knowledgeable. Hot tub is fabulous, we would definitely recommend this company

Hot tub Hire
We have used Grimsby Hot Tubs two years in a row now for a family break in an Air BnB. Very reliable and communication was great! Will be looking to book for next year too!
We hired an inflatable hot tub. Absolutely brilliant from them setting it up to taking it away. Was filled up Thursday night ready for Friday afternoon.
