Awesome team. I have no idea how to use the grill at my home and how to repair/ clean it. The guys came over- They were honest with me about the repairs that were needed and really made me feel comfortable about maintain my grill

My only concern is when the service was set up i thought it was for both fireplaces. They only had the parts for one and never said anything about the second part needed. It was until we asked Scott when he was leaving and he told us the part was coming from china. Also he was supposed to order the part after his first visit. That didn’t happen until we called two weeks later. We are selling our home so this has had an impact of not having the fire places fixed before closing.
