Miracle worker
Well i was very disconcert. with my situation with my property in North Carolina , I received a cancellation letter of my policy, due to a deterioration of the house roof. I didn't notice the letter until after a couple of months. To make the story short, I only had 30 days to find a way to fix or replace the whole roof. Thanks to my God, I found a company in North Carolina that i end up utilizing their services. So when i contacted them it was in the middle of the month and when they decided to work replacing the roof in my house, was only 3 days before the end of the month. I called my agent and he was not available for more than a week , so i ask if someone else was willing and able to help and that is when my miracle happened. I was assigned another agent to meet my time sensitive situation and that person to whom I'm so grateful; her name is Dianne Ralston. Honestly, I was about to ditch the company entirely, but Ms. Ralston rescued that account, I have a single-family home, a condominium and two vehicles in my account. I'm thankful to Ms. Ralston, she helped me to coordinate the work with the roofing co in North Carolina in 3 days. I'm eternally grateful. I think she really is the personification of the professional services at Griffin Owens Insurance Group
