If I could leave a. Negative star I would! The service man was late, he was to be at my home between 9-11 per the man when scheduled the appointment. The $69.99 was charged to hold the appt for Friday then they called and said he couldn’t come but would come early on Saturday and he would be able to do the repair. When Jane called me to let me know the repair man was on the way after 12 she was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked if the repairs could be done since it would be after 1 when he arrived and a holiday. She laughed and told me you can never have a repair done the same day! When She promised he was on the way I agreed to keep the appt with the understanding it could be a simple fix! When the repairman arrived he was super polite, Walked in and turned on the machine which stars to run and asked what it was doing. I told him giving code F21 and he shut it off and said it’s a bad pump that will be an additional $225 on top of the $69.99 already paid. He was super nice but was o ky in my home 5-7 minutes total! I would give him 5 stars for kindness but I honestly don’t believe he checked out the unit, I was told by whirlpool that this is normally just a clog. So much for my $70…I will spread the word to NOT use these people!

So far not been a good choice. Paid $85 for a Saturday service call that showed up 1/2hr late, was supposed to be between 9 and 12:00 noon. Spent 5 minutes in the house looking at the dryer and said it's the control board but now the supply store is closed at noon. Customer service person called within an hour and told the cost to complete the job. I said let's do it. She said she would call me Monday to tell me the time the tech would be by. I had to call them at 1:30 PM Monday and my call traveled through two center reps and then the actual place of business I am guessing. Then I was subject to a person that informed me that the part I needed was on back order from Maytag and it would be 4-5 weeks. I countered with I am online right now and I see the part available. She says that's not our supplier and I am not going order from some willy nilly place the part you need and then you expect me to guarantee the work. I said so it's better than waiting for 4-5 weeks without a dryer. She then says I do not need to explain myself to you or give you a reason why I will not order the part online. She said I will ask the techs to see if they have a control board on their trucks and look elsewhere. I ask will I hear back from you by the end of the day? She says yes, I'm typing this at 5:55 PM and I've not heard back. At this point I think I may have been duped the $85.00 service charge. I should have known when I first called and went through the call center escapade and circus act. At this point unless they decide to become a real service contractor I would say DO NOT give this place a second of your time or a dollar of your money.

Terrible customer service. 2 people, out of all of the times we called for updates, for 1 year, were willing to really help, and we called weekly if not more. We had to tell the company the additional part needed to complete repair, is no longer being made. I could say more, but for me, the lack of communication and willingness to remedy issue, is enough. Customer Service is a deal breaker or maker.

Says 24 hours! Saturday afternoon my refrigerator crashes.i thought I was saved (along with my food) I call the number to be told I'm calling after hours. I was not await of a 25 hour so how can that be? Seems like click bait to get me to go with them. But there closed. If they cant be honast about there hours of operation, what else cant they be honest about?

I called to have my refrigerator repair Friday they sent someone name will he came told me it was my temperature control and he didn’t have the part so he would come back the next day which he did then he advise me it was not the temperature control he was sorry he misdiagnosed me it was something else wrong and he had to go get a piece from his garage which he did came back put it on and the refrigerator came on for 10 minutes he left it was off NOT WORKING I spent 310 for nothing I have 3 kids and all this company could say is they will refund me this is the poorest service I have used please be careful the repair man are not good at all this company is a scam!!!!!!!!

Do NOT call this place for a repair. You think you're calling "local" but once they make the appointment you'll never talk to someone who uses English as a first language again. They scheduled my appointment, charged me the service fee- even before they showed up (because they never DID!). We took a day off of work for their 12-4 window. at 4:15, no one called or showed up, so I called. I was told they would look into it and call me right back. An hour later, no call. I called back again. I was put on hold and told that their technician's vehicle broke down and no one would be able to get to me. They rescheduled for the next day. Again, took a day off of work. I missed the phone call that said they were on the way, so they SKIPPED me, to tell me they'd be there in an hour. 2 hours later, they text me and say someone else requested a later appointment, so they would have to reschedule my appointment for the next day. So 2 missed days of work, charged for an appointment that never happened, and still a broken washing machine. Nope - do NOT use this company. They will waste your time, your patience, and your money. Will be reporting to the BBB.

Very disappointed will not use aging. First appointment was canceled for the next day and they were late. Had no tools. Did come back a few days later to replace ice maker but could of told me I needed to unplug my fridge before they fixed it for the ice maker to work as soon as they fixed it. Dryer we decided to fix on our own. Do not hire you will be disappointed!!!!!

I called for GE washer repair, my washer was not spinning. I was asked to pay $59 to reserve the appointment. Technician came in with no tools in hand, then went out to his truck and brought in a screw driver, opened the front and looked at it without testing, told me the motor needed replacement, the cost would be over $400. The next day my husband tried the washer again, it worked perfectly fine. It was not spinning might be just because clothes was uneven inside washer. Complete scam.

They charged me 75 dollars for a tech to come out with no tools to diagnose my dryer and was completely wrong of course. I had to call another company to have the problem fixed, and I wasn't giving a refund.

I am highly disappointed with this company and their customer service. My initial call was early October, my fridge was making an odd sound and not cooling. The tech came out the next day. He said he needed to get the part and would be back later in the day. Everything seemed fine until the end of October, when I noticed mt freezer was leaking. I called them to come back out. Same tech came late the next day, said a sensor was out, would have to order it. That was more than a month ago and I have yet to see our hear from him. I've called multiple times, always a different person. Always same response, "we'll have the tech get with you". The original repair also failed. A total of over $500 was spent for little being done. My laminate for has been damaged. I lost food and ended up buying a new fridge. Still no one has called me back. Piss poor repair

I made an appointment for repair on my dryer . They Go as far as to take my credit card information to make sure that I don’t dis the appointment. So I was told between 8am - 11 am for the next day . The next day I waited for someone to call or just show up (because that’s the appointment time I was given) . No one called or showed up , I finally call at 11 AM to say what happened to my appointment ? ...and they said we don’t have a repair technician available to take care of your problem so we have to cancel it. Are you kidding ?? Save yourself this headache

$60 to come & inspect.. after I told him what’s need to be done. Anyway, they come and tell me $210 to recharge my beverage center (2oz of freon) and inspect for leaks (as I had already fixed the leak but wasn’t sure if it’s done or not). The whole fridge is $180.. so I finally gathered the courage to take it on myself and fix it, took me $30 bucks for parts/tools, and 30 mins to fix it.. The way these appliance repair guys work is, fixed cost for inspecting, so either way if you get it done or not through them, they still walk away with money. So, if I open shop and quote high prices, I may not get any business to repair but, I still walk away with money just by quoting high & unreasonable prices. On top of everything, the person coming in reeked of alcohol at 10am in the morning, red eyes and shifty walk.
