I asked James to come and tune my piano around month after my former tuner left my Yamaha a little out of tune. He has left my piano sounding absolutely incredible again, also addressing one or two issues I had with certain key note tones etc. He’d had a busy day so we didn’t get to speak too in-depth, but we have discussed the possibility of him coming back soon to carry out some voicing and adjustments to the piano again, which I am excited for. His knowledge and passion shows, and his appreciation for other piano lovers is humbling. He was keen and interested to hear about my piano playing history, and clearly enjoys what he does. He answered a few curious questions I had, and I’m sure we’ll get to chat much more about all things piano next time. Would highly recommend Greenwich Piano Services, and James. Thanks again.
