back patio: used the wrong sand so bricks are falling apart tripping is much easier and is frightening for my homeowners insurance for other people to be there. What's a patio if you can't use it. Used two sets of papers so I have one side of my patio is dark and one side is light. There is this white sprinkle stuff that sometimes can appear that paper contractor are supposed to tell clients about I talked to several other contractors and they said yes they always tell their people about it because you cannot get it off no matter what you do. But Lonnie thad the owner chose not to do that, and has chosen not to do anything about it. After the fact after I talk to him about it, he is playing dumb like he's never seen it before and he's been doing this for 25 years. I was told by L And I that I should be able to trust a contractor who's been in business for over 20 years. I guess they're wrong there are also these little animals that come up and leave a half cup of sand on the top of the papers. Other paving company say this is what happens when you use the wrong sand very bad job obviously very very bad job. I know now that the man who put it in was not a licensed landscaper he wasn't a general contractor he was just doing I guess whatever Lonnie told him to do just enough to make money I guess? Please don't use this person. Please hill have real pretty places for you to go to and look at hill have a dozen people you can talk to that will tell you how fantastic the job he did for them was. It's all a sham . It's all a sham He just wants his money that's it. One of his customers said that he was in a hard spot for money and so I had to think that maybe he had a whole bunch of leftover stuff in his shed and decided to throw it on my job is to get rid of it all good or not we don't know how people think or why we just know that some people are more greedy than others and don't think about other people. It just have a business to get money in their hands. Very very unpressed himself owns a beautiful home it's in the home if you look it up so he obviously does well for himself and wants well for himself on the backs of people that he does work for.

We chose Thad and Greenway Landscape out of four bids for our patio and sloped backyard project because their proposal was detailed, and their pricing was competitive. We wanted a patio that would be both functional and visually appealing and needed expert help to address the challenging slope in our backyard. We quickly trusted Thad. The solution of a retaining wall, berm and patio made the space both functional and beautiful. Five years later, we're still pleased and very, very appreciative of the results—patio, walkway, and side patio are in regular use, and family gatherings happen there year-round. Thad's design included lighting, plant spaces, and a lovely arch, giving the yard a park-like feel. What a delight it is to spend time outside! Thad and his team were outstanding delivering the product. He did exactly what he said he would do, and when he would do it. He listened to our concern of being careful of the sensitive creek at the bottom of the hill. He was flexible and understanding when we needed to shift the time frame of the start date to accommodate my dad’s illness. And when he ultimately passed away, we trusted Thad to carry on with the project properly, even though we could not be there for much of the project. We are now beginning another project with Thad—a new retaining wall next to our driveway and a front yard flower garden. Our confidence in this project comes from our outstanding previous experience. Thad impressed us with his planning, attention to detail, and flexibility during a difficult time for our family. The craftsmanship and design exceeded our expectations and have allowed us to enjoy family gatherings outdoors year-round. Because Thad listened to our needs and delivered such excellent results before, we are sure this new project will turn out just as beautifully. We highly recommend Thad Fray and Greenway Landscape Design and Services—they are a wonderful company to work with!

not extend the porch on the slider door very deadly. You can walk out the slider and have your foot touch. Nothing used bad sand between the pavers so pavers are now very loose and shifting. Cut the bottom of my shed gate very poorly. Use two different colors of pavers and one other thing that he should've known about and it's pretending that he doesn't. L And I told me that anyone with 20 years of experience I should be able to trust.

i had Greenway replace a failing retaining wall and they did wonderful work. Scott and Gage did the hard, daily work and were excellent - very professional always here ready to start at 8 and did a wonderful job cleaning up after each day. Thad and Jarrett are very responsive - from the start. i would recommend to anyone needing a retaining wall. thanks for the great job!

He left. When you walk out my slider there isn't any porch to the right. You put your foot 1 inch to the right and you're gonna go over onto the Pavers and really really hurt yourself. The pavers are two different colors. I have all that white stuff that he was supposed to have told me about and never did. Other company say they always tell their customers this. He did not use so all the sand is running out between my . He said all you have to do is sit back in your lounge chair and squirt some dawn at a few weeds. He didn't say you're gonna have to put about $200 worth of sand in the patio every nine months or if you decide to seal the patio to get rid of the stuff for nine $500. I talked to L And I and they said that if somebody has been in business for over 20 ought to be able to trust them. when I texted him about the stuff, he said it was weird and he'd have to ask his about it. And I was a small job. I think it was two or three days. And to be this nasty to be this nasty I mean, why else would somebody do this? and they're these little animals that come up through the brick because he the wrong sand and makes pillars of sand about 4 inches above the . I mean, I don't understand Lonnie's way of thinking, and his wife I guess is part of this deal and I would think that she some sense of business and caring for the customer

We needed to redo our upper back yard which has been in disrepair for the last 15 years. I requested a bid and Thad from Greenway responded promptly, came out, and not only had ideas for the upper back yard, but made several other suggestions that made the proposal comprehensive including redoing the stairs leading to the upper yard, the rock wall running along the lower yard and removing large plants along our walkway to open up that narrow area. We initially received a bid to include synthetic turf in the lower yard and a new fence and then changed our minds to limit their proposal to just the redesign. Although Thad was losing business, he restructured the bid and came back to explain everything to my husband who wasn't there for the initial meet and greet. He was always prompt in responding back to me either via email or telephone call if the response would be too detailed. He gave me a date for starting the project and an estimate of 8 days to complete. They started on time and completed the work in only 4 days. I will have them come back & redo our walkway plants once all the other projects we have planned are completed!

Install Interlocking Pavers for Driveways & Floors Hired Greenway to install a paver deck in my backyard. They did so using my choice of paver. Did a most excellent job. Later when a couple of pavers cracked they honored their warranty and replaced them. The gentleman doing the job was one of the best human beings I've been blessed to know. Good job./

We had our front and back yards completely updated by Greenway, and it was one of the best investments we've made for our house! Thad's design made our yards both easy to maintain and attractive. We continue to get compliments from our neighbors. :-) Time we spend mowing the lawn got less than half now while we still enjoy the well-designed look of our lawn. Thad's design eliminated unnecessary steps around our yards, so it became easier to bring the trash bins in and out every week. During the design phase, Thad worked with our budget. He gave us multiple options to help us make informed decisions, rather than going for the least expensive to think about the long-term ROI. He was very patient with us, and we learned a lot about yard design and maintenance from him along the way. His staff was very knowledgeable and respectful. They were always on-time, cleaned after their work, and kept us informed of what's been worked on throughout our project. We highly recommend Greenway.

We couldn’t be more impressed with Greenway Landscape. They completed a large project for our backyard, leveling a large slope so we could nearly double the usable space. They removed an old wood retaining wall and replaced it with a much nicer stone wall, and added a second retaining wall for the expanded yard area. They also added a paver path around our deck that turned out very nice. Thad came over for an initial review of the space and provided a plan with an estimate for the project. He was very accommodating, and updated the plan with several requested changes. Jarrett and his crew made quick work of the project, completing it at right about the estimated time of one month. They showed up at approx. 8 every morning ready to go. And at the end of the day they would clean up any mess and kept their equipment and supplies very organized. All questions were answered quickly, either onsite by Jarrett or by a quick follow up email from Thad. A very impressive company, providing top quality work at a reasonable price. We give them our highest recommendation.
