No compassion
During covid The love of my life passed suddenly from cancer she was rescued from a neglectful home she was only with me for 6 months before she passed but after losing my mother and father I needed her so much in my life and we had the most incredible bond, let me start by saying she was not supposed to be sent to Green Pet funeral home after leaving the emergency vet I called North Boros(who i love) where she was supposed to go and they said she was not there that the Emergency hospital did not send her to them after days going by and not being able to find my baby girl I found out she was sent to Green Pet Funeral Home. They never called to let me know she was there when I called they were confused and very uncaring telling me that they haven't even gotten to my angel, my heart was broken to pieces,after calling for almost another week now they were even less concerned and less compassionate, finally I was told that my angel was ready to be picked up, now making me wait in the car as someone came out and handed me a bag they walked away and did not say a word!! When I got home I was completely Greif stricken as the ceramic paw print they gave me had dirt in it and her fur from her feet stuck in it as well, I did not get the urn I asked for and only a very small bag of her ashes, I saw them again at a convention couple years later and told them again about my grief as they ignored me the first time, the lady at the convention asked for my name and phone number that they would have someone call me and they never did now every day I look at my beautiful angels remains and cry with regret. Never again.
