Worst company ever!!..After first application I saw no difference. The second application they put down it poured seconds after he left. There tech told me if it rains a little its good but if it down pours its no good. Well it down poured. They refuse to give me my money back. They offer another service treatment. No way. They must be desperate. I am going back to True Green!

The guys today edging and putting in our mulch went beyond!!! Not only did they do a great job on edging and mulching, I had recently had a tree removed with exposed dirt and your team took it upon themselves to use the grass edgings to fill in my hole from the tree. No one asked or suggested they do that. They did that on their own and went beyond the call of duty. GREATLY APPRECIATED!

I just started using GreenLawn by Design this year. I am beyond pleased with their services & quality. In addition to my lawn care, they treat my yard for mosquitoes. In the few years I have lived here I have never been able to enjoy my back yard due to being literally eaten alive by them. I hired this company for seasonal fertilization and weed control and weekly mowing. I have tried numerous times and ways to get in touch with them due to lack of invoices for the weekly mowing, which started off great but they have not shown for over 2 weeks. I have emailed them and called numerous times and have gotten no response. Today when I came home from work, I saw a notification in my yard that said my lawn had just been fertilized…the 2nd time in a week! I tried calling again and no answer goes to voice mail. Next, I am reporting them to the BBB. Do NOT use this company! They don’t know how to do business!!!

Our system shows that the invoices were sent to the email on file after each service was complete. It appears that our technician came out with the intention to treat your lawn and realized that it had been treated recently and terminated the treatment. We are a local veteran owned company that has been in business for 20 years and we take any issues that customers have seriously.
