We live in a 55+ community, several of our neighbors have had work done by Green Home Improvements Plus. We were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the products that were used. After talking with our neighbors and lookin at the windows and doors that were replaced and some of them had their patios enclose as well. We called Green Home Improvements Plus and asked them to send one of their representatives to give us an estimate on replacing our front door and front windows with hurricane resistant ones.
Their Regional Manger Mark Mcgrath came and gave us a detailed explanation of the products that would be used and the type of work that would be done. He gave us a detailed cost factor and a time frame that fit our schedule. Mark is very professional and was a pleasure to work with, if the other representatives of Green Home Improvements Plus are the same, their business will flourish.

Mark was super pushy and didn't want me to get other quotes. During the estimate, I told him I was getting other quotes and he lowered the total price 4000$. I told him i didn't want to go with him or his company, he started cursing over the phone. Super bad attitude, I won't go with this company even If he had the lowest quote.
Howard(Owner) reached out to me and apologized for Mark's unprofessional behavior. They might be a good company to work with, but I won't know because I couldn't get past the first phase. I change my initial review from 1star to 3 stars. This review does not reflect on their workmanship.

Green Home improvements delivered the best and most professional service ever! I needed my windows replaced and they came through with the well experienced and most patient rep ever”Jim”. He took his time to explain the differences in hurricane proof windows without any pressure! I had plenty of time to think it over and look at other companies. I made the right decision to let Green Home Improvements Plus take care of my home this give us piece of mind!

This is a good reliable company. They would take the time to sit down with you and go over the things that you want and if you're not happy they will exhaust every effort to resolve any situation that comes up. Me and my wife are happy with the work that we received from this company and was happy to do business with Howard.

Our home insurance Company required roof change every 20yrs though we were only 17yrs roof they demanded a replacement.

Green Home Improvements Plus installed 26 solar panels on my roof in 2018 that have been saving me lots of money ever since. They did everything from selling, engineering, planning, permitting, installing and recently repairing a single panel I damaged in a very professional and timely manner. The price was good and the overall installation caused the city inspector to say "this is the cleanest clearest install I've ever seen.". Howard returned my calls promptly and worked with me to find and install a replacement panel for one that I recently damaged very promptly and economically. I strongly recommend them.

Howard Green was fair priced and the installers ( Carlos and team) were excellent . Professional, friendly,courteous, neat, and efficient.
Most importantly, the city inspector loved the job and approved it in 5 minutes !

Starting from the initial phonecall, the salesman, the installers, the owner, the product could not have been handled more professionally and responsibly all the way to the final inspection.
