Dealt with Jamie regarding our jetta for repairs. Very honest and caring people. We were advised it's not worth the repairs and went with their opinions to let it go and onto a new vehicle. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a good used vehicle or repairs to any make and model. Was a very positive experience.

Would highly suggest not using this shop!! Rip off, over priced and very unprofessional employees..my transmission went on my SUV..1ST, they tried to tell me there was only 1 transmission in all of Ontario!! Lol A used tyranny at that!!!! Get this...he was charging me $3500 just for a used transmission not including labour's costs,tax and all that fun stuff..they told me my bill would be $6300 for a used transmission!! I then went

Brian the owner is just overcharging you to find a way to pay his employees for the month..I went and paid for a diagnostic they were charging me for which is ridiculously overpriced..charged me $142 for a diagnostic..that I got done free at the place I took it to after I got my car out of Grays! I grabbed my keys and left to get in my car and find my personal belongings ruffled thru with my prepaid visa on the passenger seat I did not put there and personal belongings of Brian's employees stuff in my car..when I went to go back in to tell them I didn't appreciate there employees leaving there stuff in my car..the employee at the counter was abruptly talking about me....TO A CUSTOMER!! I heard him before I even went back into the store!! How very unprofessional and lack of respect!! I left and drove it to Mr Transmission where they were able to help me tremendously with treating me right..like a customer should be treated..not taken advantage of in any way!! I ended up with a NEW TRANSMISSION..I said NEW transmission for $4600 all in!,3 year warranty..not over charged..oil change for free, a car wash! And a coupon towards half off another oil change! Best customer service I've had..Do not deal with Brian the owner at Grays ..he's a scammer and overpriced, greedy and staff disrespectful!!! I gladly took my service somewhere where I was treated with respect and great quality customer service! Don't trust all these mechanics out there! They'll take u for a ride with your money..that's for sure!

Took my vehicle here for an oil leak they told me that it was the tranmission pan seal they replaced it two days later it was still leaking on my driveway so I took it to another mechanic for a diagnostic and they found the real problem was the oil filter housing which is a common issue with this motor and was told that I was ripped off I will not be back to this establishment.

Good day Tim. Sometimes you just don't get a second chance to make a good impression or make things right. After review, I see we fixed one of the most obvious leaks, shampooed the lower engine in case there where other hidden leaks, which it seems there was. We hope your new garage serves you well.

Their motto is...We will earn your trust, and they certainly have earned mine. Great service, knowledgeable, reasonable price. When my transmission went on my car, Brian lent me his loaner which I drove for the 3 wks while he was having discussions with the dealership and expressed to them that this was their problem, not mine and with the back and forth conversations the result was that the dealership gave me a free rental until my car can be fixed....thank you Brian. Grays St. Thomas Autocare also did repair work on my sisters car but when her heath declined and she was not able to drive anymore Abe another mechanic that is employed there was able to sell her car for her and at the price she was asking...thank you Abe. Grays Auto went above and beyond and I thank you so very much.

Came by to look at a boat, got screamed at by some bald guy for coming into the parking lot. This is not someone who should represent a business. I will not be back. Also, it was during regular business hours, so it wasn't a security issue, you just have a bad manager, your choice to keep him.

After reviewing this, it is clear that it was more of a security issue. We have our issues at this end of town with transients, addicts and people cutting thru our property. You could have very easily been mistaken as a trespasser after normal business hours. My apologies if you felt you were handled in an inappropriate manner.
