Absolutely thrilled about our new countertops. Granite Brothers made the experience straightforward and simple. This particular quartz was $1000 less than competitors in the area. We really research the reviews of granite fabricators and installers. It's clear why granite Brothers is among the highest ranking installers on Google. Highly recommend.

Everyone here was easy to work with and very accommodating!! They know what they are doing. The whole process to add to my remodel was easy easy.

Granite brothers is a great and professional company! I was in the need of a countertop from one day to another because I needed to finish a job (which I did not think it would be possible) but Granite brothers made it happen! I can now finish the job and go on vacation next week, thank you!

I wasn't too sure at first. I was worried, but I sat down and talked with Steven. He walked me through the steps and made me comfortable. My wife wanted new countertops, and they had the quartzite she liked.

Our experience with Granite Brothers was exactly what I expected, everything turned out great. We were treated fairly and time was taken to show us the entire process since we are new to the construction and remodeling aspect. The installers were meticulous and quick. I can’t believe how they lifted the heavy pieces so easily. We also found out about TLC construction from Granite Brothers. Ty and his guys did an exceptional job with our faucet, backsplash, and lowering of the upper bar that they were contracted to do. So glad they worked together because it was seamless and everything flowed smoothly. I would recommend using this company. Great job guys!

From the gentleman at the store to the one who came and measured to the installer, we got excellent service, great prices, and a great countertop- actually 3 of them! They were spot on with their recommendations- we love our counters!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARRASSED AND THREATNED BY THE OWNER! Screens of texts in the images. BTW: This is a one-party consent state. FYI: Nothing was "rushed", and they got paid in full regardless of poor performance. I am updating my review as it seems they had some restructure, and our second part of the job went horribly wrong. First new sales guy came out and made some recommendations. Those recommendations turned out to be wrong which resulted in a permeant gap between countertop cabinet and a tall cabinet. I had to fill the gap with panels but it's clearly not seamless now. Second drywall guy measured and installed L brackets into the wall to support back splash shelf uneven. This resulted in floating shelf look that is less than floating since brackets were padded by stone cutter to make it even for the shelf (pics updated) and now are showing from underneath the shelf. Third was just how horrible scheduling and organization was. Missed appointments, showing up without any appointments or notice, showing up after 6pm to do what took them 6+ hours. Another thing that's worth mentioning is stone cutter that came out did not speak any English however he did have a kid with him helping with work and communication. Kid couldn't have been more than 14 years old. The kid was nice and helped quite a bit with communication however i am not quite sure how that fits with labor laws considering he did contribute to actual labor as well. Luckily, I have cameras all around my house. Going to mark videos from the incident for long term retention just in case... Another update: Shortly after I update my review i was contacted by someone from Granite brothers which quickly turned into references to legal statues and law. Everything i said in this review i have pictures and texts messages to support. While all the issues were brought up to them (sales rep) as they were occurring, they didnt seem to care or make any effort to make them right. Below is my old review of the first time we used them. No longer the same company: It has been great working with this company. We get few quotes and they have been reasonable, but they have been responsive, recommended which stone manufacturer to look at based on the jumbo slab we needed. Recommended best way to support that massive stone especially considering the big overhang we wanted to have. Everyone has been responsive, on-point and accurate. Installers have done great job and we are very happy with the experience.

We were looking for some scrap quartz to use for a shower bench. We went over to granite brothers and within 5 minutes they showed us some scrap we liked. They were able to cut and polish same day and sold it at a huge discount. Definitely recommend!

Granite Brothers replaced our old kitchen countertops. They helped us choose the ideal material and let us see the slabs in advance. Their measurements were precise and installation accomodated the quirks in our old cabinets. They also helped me with an unusual special order. In addition, their prices are great. I highly recommend Granite Brothers.

Donald (Donny) McNulty posted a video of my wife on the Next-Door platform and will post the video on this google review. Proper authorities have been notified on this company. Beware of Donald S. McNulty II and on Tygen (TY). Tygen (TY) Coad II- Cabinet Installer for Granite Brothers and Owner of TLC Construction. Request criminal background checks from all who enter your home, you never know who is entering your home and what kind of criminal background they have. The secret video shows my wife asking Ty to remove the cabinet once it was installed due to lack of tape and drywall mud not being placed in the patch of sheetrock they had installed. When Donny answered, Ty stated my wife was yelling and cursing him and employees out. You can clearly hear my wife tell Ty “That wall looks f-up” “Excuse my French, that was looks jankie”. Analisa Maximenko McNulty went on the next-door platform and pretended to be a customer of Granite Brothers to boost the reviews as well and continue the lies about my wife. Ana Maximenko is the spouse of Donny McNulty and of course she stated that Donny was a great person and he sat down with your grandfather talking to him for hours. He is family and I would like to think he has to go above and beyond to get the family approval. The owner Josh Leach has called me threating lawsuit stating that it will get ugly, and I will lose and spend a lot of money. Again, this shows the bullying tactic and intimidation tactic these brothers will use to scare their clients. I agreed that this lawsuit will get ugly since we have other customers that were treated in this manner. Is it the mental health people? Is it the Veterans and Disabled Veterans of San Antonio? Or is it the women? As a Disabled Veteran, I take offense to those comments due to my disability. My wife was addressing some concerns we had about the cabinet install. Those concerns were not being addressed and the Cabinet installer Ty was not allowing my wife to speak about the concerns. When this happened, my wife got frustrated, my wife raised her voice and yes, my wife did say “That wall looks f- up” since that seemed to get Mr. Ty attention and quickly get Donny on the phone. You are calling me and verbally abusing my wife while I am on the phone in conference is very hostile on your part. You made sure to call me back and tell me you would sue me if I posted a bad review of your company. Intimidation, bullying, and belittling is a hostile phone call that you did on your part. As a Disabled Veteran in America, my wife and I face backlash from people who do not believe that mental health is a disability. This is why people call us names such as pathetic, disgusting, we need help, we are crazy, we are coming unhinged. These words have been used by people who are not educated with mental health disability. My wife is asking questions so I can better understand the information and the process. PTSD is also a disability Donny, you have discredited mental health, you have harassed my wife in OUR home, you have belittled me, and you have belittled my wife’s race. UPDATE: You took my deposit of $3888 for a counter top and you walked off the job and kept the deposit. The cabinet job was 50% complete, that is why i said to refund me $3000 and we would part ways. Josh, when a settlement agreement is in place, that is not blackmail. This company will continue to lie about the incident. The real criminals here are Granite Brothers. Josh, please tell the readers why you got arrested for theft, burglary and dealing drugs. Consumers, do your own research, they from me and will steal from you too. I would recommend Granite Brothers to anyone looking for countertops. The service was great and everyone was very professional, friendly. Always available to answer any questions. I love my counter tops and the GB was recommended to me and they lived up to their expectations! Thank you for all the help! TLC Contractors also did an amazing job on my wood floors. They work in conjunction with Granite Brothers. TLC will also be doing bathroom mirrors, faucets ,lighting and painting. Don’t think I could have found a better company to work with.

Outstanding service and selection. Dallas came out to measure and the measurements were spot. When we went out to pick out our selection, we told him we wanted something different. The owner agreed to sell a portion of a custom-ordered slab. OMG it is amazing. They were on time for the measurements and the install. The installers were respectful of our home and took great care with the installation. Highly recommend this family-owned business!
