I contacted Tom and he came the same day to carry out an assessment and sent me the quote for the work at 2330 the same night!!
They came and completed the work, which went over the original time plan. There were issues (not caused by their work!) but they persevered to resolve this issues and get everything working correctly. These lads worked without lunch breaks to complete the work.
Tom has also been extremely helpful after the work carried out too. He contacted me outside of work hours to help with a few problems I was having.
I’d recommend these guys to anyone. Very professional and personable. Top lads 👍👍👍👍
GSS were quick to come back to me from my initial enquiry. They came out when they said they would and were very professional. Provided a quote and were able to do the work really quickly. The alarm is really easy to use and enables me to monitor it when im not at home which is really reassuring and has given me piece of mind. Would use GSS again for any electrical work in the future.
From the initial enquiry (which was the day before NYE!) GSS have been extremely professional, I knew what I wanted & that’s what I got.. no pushy upselling like other firms (in fact I was given cost saving options).
Upon accepting the work, the installation was complete within a tight timeframe, giving confidence to my partner as we were without a house alarm. The lads turned up on time & all works were completed in full with a clear demonstration of the equipment. The system fitted is exactly what we wanted, easy to use & reliable. You wouldn’t have known anyone had been round, very neat & tidy.. even brought their own hoover to ensure the place was left exactly as they found it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again in the future!
Both Tom and Martin did an brilliant job installing our security system and CCTV, both extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do.
Everything was left clean and tidy and they took the time to make sure we were happy with how everything worked.

From the first time we met Tom we were impressed. He spent time & took care to discuss our individual needs & offered a range of product options.
On the installation day a team of three came & worked none stop, checking with me throughout, giving progress updates & showed consideration & respect to our home, even doing a full tidy up at the end of the day.
Additional care was taken to show us how to view the cameras & work the alarm & set up all the apps…all of which are very user friendly.
The wireless alarm is superb & the cameras are absolutely amazing.

I listened to what Tom and his team had the say & recommend while Installing a new cctv camera. Placed the order a week or so after and I’d definitely recommend there new AJAX alarm system, it’s very flexible in programming and the features are brilliant.
You can even arm and disarm from your Apple ⌚️

I tried various local and a few national companies for information and advice on an alarm system. I must say, as the second best quote received, GSS impressed me the most. Top notch, friendly and honest advice from the get go, none of the faff or typical sales talk I had from other companies, which endeared me the most - next to being provided with all the information I needed on the recommended alarm system.
With busy schedules, it was hard to find a free day but managed it in the end and Tom happily gave me a list of dates to choose from, which really helped.
It was a pleasure to meet and chat with the two installers that came out to install the alarm. Both were friendly, helpful and clearly experienced in what they do. I was involved as much as possible from the moment they arrived and I was advised on best placements for sensors etc and they were installed as agreed.
I was blown away by the whole smart feel to the system, controling via app on phone or with remote fobs. The system is small, neat and out of the way. Effort was made to show me how to use the system and questions (no matter how daft) were welcomed.
Fitting the system was clean, easy and no hassle - installers even had their own vacuum to clean away debris/dust. Spotless install 🙌🏾.
I can't thank Tom and his team enough, really pleased with everything. Highly recommend GSS.
