The leasing office staff was amazing. From the first visit all the way to my move in. They kept me informed of the process and answered all my questions promptly. Upon moving in Danny who works for the property even helped me moved my furniture into my new home. He was so helpful and didn’t hesitate to answer when I asked him for helped. I honestly made the right choice by moving here. It really feels like home and the staff is AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!

I have been living here for a couple of years and the staff is AMAZING!!! Mario is knowledgeable, patient and Kind! Samir is the Handiest. He can fix Anything and very quickly at that! He is attentive, friendly, and there's no project he can't handle! Love it here!!!

Too many red flags for me, I did a tour and it's clear that they are money hungry and very sales-y, after touring they bombard you with calls, texts, and emails nonstop. I wish they would put that energy into the interior of the apartments because they're tiny and do not even match the aesthetics of the exterior or the leasing office. The apartments simply are not up to date as their pricing, it's a hard no for me personally

I had an excellent experience working with the consultants at Grand Riveria—Rigo, Mario, and Karina. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated their patience, clear communication, and consistent follow-up. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Thanks to Rigo, Mario, and Karina, I’m now officially in my new townhome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to move into Grand Riveria.

While everything seems nice from the outside, things get much worse once you start living here. They will give you cheapest home appliances possible that mostly increase your hassle rather than making your life easy. Once you signed that lease, you are doneee, i mean doneee!! Your whole day to day life will start deteriorating. Don’t believe me, sign that lease and move in please and see for yourself. Another thing is their rent and fee collection policy. The app they use will be such a pain that you have to rethink your choice of moving in here. It is so confusing that you will put your head through a wall after operating it for a week. Speaking of their totally unjustified charges, they charged me a NSF fee citing that my bank has charged them and that’s why they are charging me. Once I got confirmation from my bank that the bank actually did not charge them a penny, they were still hellbent on putting that on me. The only good thing about the apartment is actually outside the apartment, a nice lake where you can take a walk. Good luck and happy apartment hunting everyone!

My tour here went really well. The team was welcoming and took the time to walk me and my mom through everything. The property looked clean, and the units were pretty spacious. Karina was very nice and patient with us and overall very helpful.

One thing that I will tell you that stands out about the team at Grand Riviera is exceptional customer service. And it’s not just one associate, I was helped by Rigo, Amber, Karina, and Mario and each of them made sure that my family and I were well taken care of. I can finally post this review and talk about this place since I no longer live there and I finally paid my last bill. Where do I even begin? I have lived there for 2 years and it’s been nothing but one headache after another. Let me start with the manager Jenein. She’s very fake and condescending. She can very rude and also say things that are not exactly true. My feedback would be to be more honest with people before moving in and stop leaving excuses left and right with the residents. You made me feel like it was my fault that the mold was at the apartment but it has already been there right before I had moved. I always kept the air conditioner on and always kept my apartment clean. By the way, I almost got respiratory problems because of the stupid chemicals you had put in my room and the entire neighborhood had to smell for weeks. The rent. What a scam. They tell you the cost of rent and internet and then right when you least expect it, your rent goes from 3200 a month to 3600 a month with no questions asked. Right before I moved out, they even tried to charge me a full month’s worth of water and sewage instead of the amount I should be paying. They also did NOT give me my security deposit. In fact, after they had deducted their expenses, I was left with a final bill to pay the difference from my security deposit. FYI and this is a warning: if you have a dog and they smell, they’re going to charge you 250 dollars from your deposit to pay for the odor. It’s just the machine that the maintenance has to bring. They lied to my face and said that they have to hire someone to take out the odor. It’s just maintenance and the machine to clear out the odor. All of this for 250 dollars. The appliances that we had never worked and we told them for ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR to fix it or replace them. They never did. They’ll just complete service requests without finishing the job. I have examples: let’s start with the oven. One part of the oven does not heat well or at all. In fact there a piece that needed to be replaced from the oven and they never came back to do it. Another example: my washer literally exploded even when we had told them that it kept giving us problems. Sometimes it didn’t even wash in its own. The washer exploded at one point and broke off the door and completely flooded the apartment. When they came for the replacement, it wasn’t maintenance who set it up but Lowes who did and left the washer on and when they left, the apartment flooded again. Corporate is also just as bad. When you call or email them, it goes straight to the office and Jenein. Corporate is just as useless as they are. If you want no peace in your own home, mold, and being completely scammed out of your money, you should definitely move to Grand Riviera. If not, you should look for some place better. Also check ALL of the one star reviews here. They are ALL ACCURATE!!!

Townhomes are dated & theyre predjudiced. I got approved for a townhouse there a couple years ago, I received a welcome package and everything. I made over the required income which at the time was $9,000. I showed proof of making about $14,000/month including veterans benefits. When they found out $10,000 of that was from onlyfans they “denied me”. Initially I was told I could use multiple streams of income… but once they saw most was from onlyfans they said I could only use one income. Additionally, I was told I could move in but needed a guarantor making at least 6x the rent per month ($18,000). Completely disgusted by them. I ended up moving into another complex nearby that didn’t discriminate against me.

Because income verification can vary depending on the type of work or benefits, applicants may occasionally need to provide a guarantor if certain documentation isn’t available. These decisions are based solely on verification requirements and never on the type of lawful employment or personal content someone creates.

I absolutely recommend the Grand Riveria Miramar. I just relocated from out of state and able to obtain my new home here, site unseen. The team is hands on, friendly, considerate, informative, efficient.. just all of the things you need to feel secure in moving your whole life to another state. Amber, Rigo and Karina are absolute stars. They did everything in their power to make me feel welcomed and valued; Karina was super gracious even after I arrived several hours earlier than expected. Rigo ensured we got all of our many items to our front door - it was a lot guys! And Amber missed my arrival and still checked in and went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were nicely settled. To be a resident here is a dream. Thank you team for making this such a wonderful transition!
