I had a very disappointing experience with this company. During my dealings with them, I discovered they were attempting to charge me several thousand dollars more than what the actual underwriter had approved. When I reached out directly to the underwriter, they confirmed their terms and explained that I was at risk of being defrauded. I’m sharing this so others can be cautious — always verify information directly with the underwriter before making any payments or signing anything.

As per our signed agreement, we then invoiced you for our services, taking into account the agreed-upon deposit. The payment terms for these services were clearly outlined and acknowledged in the agreement you signed with us.

Regarding your comment about defrauding clients, we wish to clarify that we have been in business for over four years and have successfully processed over 200 business loan applications. We are unsure what you mean by "defrauding," as you signed a contract with us for the loan, received approval, and subsequently received the funds. We are now awaiting the balance payment for our services.

I worked with Raj for consulting on financing. While the loan was eventually finalized, I did not appreciate being pressured for payment before the funding process was complete. I believe professionalism and patience are very important in this type of work, and this experience could have been handled better.

Thank you for your review. We're pleased to confirm that your loan for the equipment has been approved with zero down payment, and the HST was also covered by the lender. This means you were able to acquire the equipment without any initial out-of-pocket expenses, even though you were prepared to make a down payment. As per our signed agreement, our commission is due upon approval of the loan. However, we agreed to your request to defer payment until the funding is disbursed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

⚠️They are not clear and they ask for high commissions, fees, monthly payment, etc... I lost too much money and time, almost 4 months for nothing, waste time . They make more money than those who actually make the loan. I hope you, who are about to go into debt, don't do it. Their job is to send the documents you send, that's all.Obviously, they gave me some of the information, but they weren't clear. In the end, on top of everything, I had to pay a fee to the actual lender. And the lender told me that if I didn't transfer the loan, they'd still charge me $400 monthly. In other words, they want to win, win, and my project and my business were put on hold. This company was supposed to generate jobs, taxes, and the economy, but my money ended up with these two companies: Grand Commercial Funding Solutions Inc. and Accord Financial. Caution: ⚠️

Subsequently, the lender processed your case, and upon approval of the loan, all terms were specified in the lender's loan agreement, which you also signed almost 3 months ago.

Unprofessional, low-quality service. Unprofessional, low-quality service. I dealt with someone with the initials R.A., whose title in the email is Independent Business Consultant. He asked for loads of documents and some very confidential personal  information that is totally irrelevant to the business application. That seems fishy to me. He could have made an assessment and decision based on only a few documents submitted with the application, but he kept asking for more without any rationale. I asked to talk to senior management, but he refused and claimed that he's the company director, which doesn't appear in his email signature!. I'm still waiting for a senior manager to call me to investigate the case further. Until that happens, it's highly unrecommended.

Thanks for your comments. Yes, we do ask for the documents to check whether you qualify to apply for the Business loan. We only take applications if you are qualified, so checking documents before we sign the contract is essential for us. We must have the complete documents before confirming you are qualified. You never submitted the complete documents. We never refused to talk to you, either. We have proof of email conservation, which clearly shows our last conversation, in which we replied to your questions on June 27th, 2024. In your case, we didn't sign up as a client because you were not eligible to apply through us based on the document you gave us. I hope this clears things up.

You are welcome to apply again in the future once you have all the required documents.
