Raj was very quick to responde to our inquiry. The process of getting our 400 k loan to relocate our restaurant to a new location was fast. It took longer than expected just because I was the one slowing down the process providing all documents needed.

Unprofessional, low-quality service. I dealt with someone with the initials R.A., whose title in the email is Independent Business Consultant. He asked for loads of documents and some very confidential personal information that is totally irrelevant to the business application. That seems fishy to me. He could have made an assessment and decision based on only a few documents submitted with the application, but he kept asking for more without any rationale. I asked to talk to senior management, but he refused and claimed that he's the company director, which doesn't appear in his email signature!. I'm still waiting for a senior manager to call me to investigate the case further. Until that happens, it's highly unrecommended.

Thanks for your comments. Yes, we do ask for the documents to check whether you qualify to apply for the Business loan. We only take applications if you are qualified, so checking documents before we sign the contract is essential for us. We must have the complete documents before confirming you are qualified. You never submitted the complete documents. We never refused to talk to you, either. We have proof of email conservation, which clearly shows our last conversation, in which we replied to your questions on June 27th, 2024. In your case, we didn't sign up as a client because you were not eligible to apply through us based on the document you gave us. I hope this clears things up.
You are welcome to apply again in the future once you have all the required documents.

Thanks for the review. We got your loan approved in Nov 2023 to purchase the business. We did lots hard work to get you approved of what you requested. Since November, your file has been open with the bank. We requested you many times to close the deal so the bank can release the funds but you never closed the deal. Our work is done and we are waiting from your side to close the application. But you have extended the closing dates twice with the seller in 2 months. Bank won't keep the file open for you forever. Bank wants to know when you are closing the deal so we requested the extension 3rd time last week which you failed. You have already delayed the process for 2 months. We made your loan application successful and You still have approval ready. It's you who needs to close the deal.
