I have had an amazing experience here. I called very worried about going to the dentist due to it being more than 10 years since I’ve been to one and I was very nervous about the entire trip due to previous experiences. The entire staff ensure that I’d be taking care of and they would go at my pace and there would be nothing to be worried about from start to finish very enjoyable experience. I appreciate everything they did for me. From the amazing ladies at the front desk, to the staff in the back they made the experience good. Especially Rachelle my hygienist who was beyond amazing, I feel very thankful that I was able to have her take care of me. Her kindness, understanding, and patience were beyond appreciated. And she made sure I didn’t feel a thing, even the shots. I will definitely be coming back.

Bree at the front office is efficient and so sweet. In fact, the whole staff is awesome! I saw the female dentist today. Don't even know her name...don't care. I'll never go back. The dentist is slow and very inconsiderate of the patient. I sat in the chair over an hour and Dr. never checked on me. I was a dental asst. for over 30 years. You DON'T do that. I got upset and left. They called me and I came back so she could finish the crown prep. I went back for the seat but will never see her again. Worst experience I've ever had at a dental office.
Dr Conderato did a root canal on me and destroyed the nerve in my mouth. I’ve had shooting pain through my head for the last three years now been to numerous neurologist, had multiple MRIs and they’re nothing they can do for me. The damage is already done. I wouldn’t let this office clean your teeth for you stay away.

Grand Ave Family Dental definitely will make you feel welcome and at home. The service is EXCEPTIONAL‼️My second time visiting and it feels like I’ve been coming forever. Thank you for Great Customer Service something that hardly exist anymore.

This dental group is awesome..Dr Holly Lerma is unbelievable!
She is compassionate, caring and is very gentle with the clients. I have NEVER had a dentist like her…I am 71 yrs and my experience was awesome. I can’t say enough about her.. the Office staff, the assistants and hygienists are definitely a reflection of Dr. Lerma.
Grand Ave. Family Dental is INCREDIBLE!!! The staff are friendly, and so supportive. I came in with 30 years of dental trauma, substance use history and bulimia abuse to my teeth, and had a whole lot of gaps. The whole staff, from reception to assistants to the doctor were all so helpful! Pictures speak for themselves, but I cannot say enough about the work that they do, the professionalism and gentleness.
Thank you endlessly, you’ve literally changed my life.

Dr. Conderato and her staff are awesome. The doctor does a excellent job of being pain-free and very efficient. One of the best things I enjoy is that she does have a sense of humor. I have some doctors that don’t crack a smile, etc. which makes the whole entire experience quasi-miserable. Overall I’m very happy having picked grand Avenue Family dental.

I hadn't been to the dentist in over 8 years, so naturally I was pretty anxious about my appointment. I was welcomed and felt so comfortable right off the bat. Michele was my hygenist and made me feel so comfortable and calm. She gladly answered all of my questions and was nice enough to walk me through each step of the X-ray and cleaning process. She really helped put my mind at ease. Dr. Conderato was my dentist and she also made me feel so relaxed, and comfortable. She went over my X-rays thoroughly with me so I could both see and understand them. I could feel that she truly had my best interests at heart and she was so knowledgable and efficient (and has a great sense of humor and is a fellow dog lover!). My lack of dentist visits weren't nearly as bad as I expected, and what work needs to be done, Dr. Conderato came up with a plan that works best for me, my teeth and my budget. Bree, the officer manager checked me in and out and couldn't have made me feel more comfortable and welcomed. My entire experience was efficient and top notch. I can't recommend this office and staff enough. THANK YOU FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!
